Same story,calling me and all the relatives about a "legal complaint" and court summons. No written correspodence from them, pulled my credit report, and said they would contact my employer. Thankfully I saw this site before he called and when he started the story I told him he was nuts and hung up.

I keep getting this one too from HGG out of Corona CA.   They have been threatening to "serve me with papers" for about 6 months now.  I have filed complaints with the FTC, Attorney General, and have also placed a fraud alert with all three credit bureaus.  These people are scum and they aren't even very good at it.  In the state of Texas a company must be bonded in order to legally collect debt, HGG is not.  They also must send you information in writing, not just phone calls.  They are breaking the law in so many different areas.  If anyone is going to be "served" it will be from a county constable NOT a debt collection company.  HGG has a new number they are calling from-949-734-8189.  Best part, it's a Magic Jack phone number.  This company is a SCAM.  Do not pay them any mind, unless you want to have some fun at their expense and hire a lawyer.

I have recorded the conversations and providing it to the FTC and my lawyer we will have fun suing this illegal scamming thieves.  HGG you are going down!!!

What real names are behind this cluster of scam "debt collectors"?

Who is "Jason Begley"?
Who is "Wayne Lunsford"?
Who is "Aaron Honda"?

They have no legitimate claim for any real debt.

They just pull your credit report and make up something they think might look like an old account,  then threaten you to panic you so you don't have time to check it out.

You have some dings on your credit, even if paid, it just makes it easier to fool you, since they can pretend you owe on one of them.

It's a con.

Just to help anybody looking into this company, they called me about a year claiming to be a court of clerk official.  I called an attorney and successfully sued them for about 4k for violations of the FDCPA.  Settled out of court.

Boy every debtor in the world knows how to use the word scam.  I guess they just pick your name out of a hat.  And just happen  to call you on a debt you never paid.  The real rip off is you people who never pay your bills but want to scream scam get over it your a loser with a computor

That's not a mug shot of The Wayne Swanson running these shops for Wayne Lunsford.This one is short white guy with typical Inland Empire Sleeve and knucle  tattoos .Scam must be going rather well he has multiple homes and boats and just bought a new Bentley(idiot) didn't learn from his buddies undoing but it will all come to an end soon T.j.is on this one like that one and the FTC is about to make a boat load shutting Swansons shops down too.

Basically no one calls to say they're serving you that's just dumb!! Secondly when you call you can hear the other people in the back talking about serving you ! It's not a scam it's more of a scare tactic to get you to pay your past due bills which technically they can sue you but it takes time and money so doubt you'll get sued unless you have assets!!!
