STOP CALLING

Multipule calls. Asked to be removed, and the answer was 'but why?'. Claimed I'd filled out a survey. Gave me a disposable email address (I use sneakemail dot com for this purpose, to avoid spam). Same story as everyone else, with the $99 trip. I told them I would have never searched for the info they said I searched for, nor did I fill out a survey. They hung up on me. I called back, and they hung up again. I called again, asked for a supervisor, got the run around, finally that third person said they were a supervisor in training, and I told them I'd asked 3 times to be removed from the list, and was hung up on. He apologized and said they wouldn't call again. Reported them to the BBB - I'd encourage everyone else to do the same.

866-912-9285,866-319-1118,866-590-3188,and whatever this is 1-121-212-1212?..you hear a ship horn and some jerk saying this is your captain speaking blah blah, or someone telling you your warenty on your vehicle has expired..I don't own a vehicle so HA!..or press 9 and or 1 something or other..don't press any numbers folks, local police report, any numbers pressed may give them access to your identity etc..ever hear about identity theft ?? scamers...all scamers..never filled out any surveys for any one of them...not interested in any tours or travelling..so there!@ and entry by Kris May 23 2008...bet you work for them eh?..yer full of crap..!!! nice try [***]..!!!..folks when you see numbers like that, don't answer let it go to voice mail, just keep making complaints to your phone company, and the police etc..sooner or later, they will catch and put these annoying ah-holes out of our misery...!

8669129285 this number calls and never leaves a message. I think it's some bogus travel crap. I had them call 2 months ago amd now they are doing it again.

To Ron, I understand your angst of which I share, but posting a demand here to "stop calling" towards whoever is at 866-912-9285 isn't productive, try calling them and tell to stop. Otherwise take the time to file complaints against the jerks for violating the "don't call list" if your number(s) are curently on the list. It gave me and my family peace of mind AND a payday when I was awarded high 4-figures by the court. Haven't had a phone call from any of them since, the word must have passed around that I meant business and took from them the one thing only they respect: THEIR MONEY. The more regular citizens learn about their (our) rights, exercise those rights and appear in court to execute those rights (plus taking their money in court awards) against those privacy-invading marketers the less they will bother us. Go after them or suffer like all the rest...

E-Tour is a "boiler-room" operation and creates abuses due to the pressures it puts on it's sellers to "close the deal", if you don't fight back like I have, you'll never have peace.

Same scam as the others here. They have called twice telling me I declined a $499 Florida Vacation and can now get a better "deal" for just $99. They said they got my info from hockeygiant.com. I do order from them but have never heard of this Florida scam. I have sent a letter to hockeygiant.com. I am also on the do not call list, both nationally and statewide. I'm pretty livid.

Luckily, I'm an attorney, so one more call and it's lawsuit city!

Get a call from this number just about every day. I don't answer and no message is ever left on the machine. Started when I entered an online sweepstakes for the furnishings for a "man cave"......don't know if it is related to the entry, but methinks to try to find out. MARIANNE, SUE THEM and punch 'em in the nose for me while you're at it!!

For the last month, this number has called me everyday: 1-866-912-9285.  I also get calls from other 800 numbers and I left a message on my phone that I do not answer 800 calls.  That has not stopped them.  I don't know where they got my number and I am on the Do Not Call List.  From reading the other posts I know they are scammers.  I think they are annoying me because I don't pick up the phone and I don't intend to.  Can you stop them?

THE GUY THAT CALLED ME.I HAD TOLD HIM THAT I WASNT INTERESTED AND THAT I HAD GOTTEN THIS CALL BEFOR...HE CALLED ME STUPID AND WAS REDICULOUS DISRESPECTFUL...FINALLY WHEN HE GOT THE HINT I FIFNT WANT IT AFTER BEING A JERK...WHEN I HUNG UP I CALLED HIM A PRICK...THATS RIGHT YOU ARE A PRICK..SORRY YOU HAVE TO BE A TELEMARKETER...BUT WHEN SOMEONE SAYS NO THANKS TAKE THE HINT...THEN HE CALLS ME BACK AND CUSSES AT ME...I HOPE YOU CALL BACK BUDDY.... ILL MAKE THIS CRAP FUN!

These people are relentless in calling & they hang up at 3 rings, most of the time you can't even get to the phone before it stops ringing. These calls wake up my so, (who works nights) so it's more than a minor annoyance.   Even after being told to stop and that we're on the Do Not Call list, they continue to call. They're telemarketers are also reluctant to give out any identifying information so I looked them up - it's ETOUR Travel, a timeshare solicitation.

We have no business with them (ever) and have been on the Do Not Call registry for years. I confirmed our registration on Do Not Call before filing complaint with the BBB & FCC. BTW this company, ETOUR Travel, has a 'F' Rating with the BBB, you can't get any lower than that.

They keep calling and trying to get my info, they say the name of the buis is E Tour Travel , i requested for my phone number to be taken off the list. The email address she told me i entered for a contest & that i gave them was from an old job i stopped working for as of early  1/2005.

hey Marianne, can you file a group lawsuit for all of us?   LOL   they are calling multiple times per DAY...I have had both the messages about a trip and the auto warranty too  My number is also on the Do not call registry   It just doesn't seem to matter to these people   They fill up my answering machine and when I get legitimate calls, there isn't room for anyone to leave a message   We have a lot of call centers around here and I understand the part they play in marketing, but there is a proper way to handle the contacts and this company definitely does not handle their contacts properly

a man called and said that they have a vacation package for me. I told him I was busy and in the process of moving. He said then why did you pay us $260.00. I said I didn't and he said you better check your visa card. When I asked if he took money out of my visa card and how, he laughed. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he just laughed. I don't know why people are allowed to do this.
