similar story to all those above ! how do we stop this guy. he got beligerant and confronting the other night and wont stop calling!

He called the other evening and I told him I'm not interested in the trip. He tried to convince me then said I owe him money because I don't know why they mailed me tickets which I think they didn't and he was trying to extort money from me. I said I will return the tickets and he said no he will come to my place and get 1500$ instead of 250$. I told him he's most welcome to do so.

Thanks for the info, Jonathon!  I am using magic jack as a way to get rid of telemarketers. This company is the only one getting through--and it's a pain! I left the following message on their website:

You keep calling me--at a new undisclosed phone #.(I don't know where you got it from...) Be advised that I am on the National DO NOT CALL list. You can be sure that if I get another call from your company, I WILL report it--and you'll be subject to the fines involved.

Of course the site wants your phone # in order to submit, so I just gave them a 555-1234--it went through.

This phone number calls several times a day.  When I called back, they said they got the phone number from an on line registration.   Company Name: etour & travel... free ticket to Disney Orlando.

I live in canada and i get the same calls from 1-866-912-9290I asked to stop calling me but he said that he wasn't going to stop calling and that he was going to call everyday.How can you stop an unwanted phone call like this that i'am getting.

They call me over and over, sometimes a person is on the other end, sometimes not. I just called them to tell them to take me off of their calling list. He says 24 hrs ... I will believe it when I DON'T GET A CALL.

this person called and said that I won a vacation package deal.  It was hard to understand him.  I said No thank you and then hung up....

I just called this # back after getting repeated calls at all hours of the day and night. It claims to be some kind of  travel company. I informed them I contacted  an FDCPA attorney.  The woman apologized to me and said she would have my name removed and that it would take 48 hours to be taken off their list. We'll see about that!  I asked her where they got unlisted private names and #'s from and that I never filled out any survey and she claimed she didn't know she just works there.
