This number belong to Spectrum  and they call if you are over due in your bill.  December 27, 2019.

Unauthorized call to my cell phone on 1/13/2020 at 1:38 PM, did not take the call, no msg. was left.
NOTE: I am not overdue on any bill to Spectrum!!

Supposedly from Spectrum however their number is not even close to the number they want us to call

Sounded like a recording said they were from Spectrum and there was a change in my contract.  I did not pick up
