as noted before they call at all hours when I am at work ,during the day and never leave message .they called today and I answered .woman said hello and I said hello and then she hung up??.Why do they keep calling and then if u do answer they hang up? How can u get them to stop??I just ignore it anymore if not important enough to leave message then do not bother me !!!!!!!!

I realized once I made a payment and wasn't a lowlife bill avoider they stopped calling so people pay your bills and the calls will stop.

At first i thought it was a scam. but when i ACTUALLY TALKED to them ( and didnt hang up) i got everything taken care of and turned out it was my mistake all along. I thank the reps that keep calling me repeatedly. my account didnt charge off and I actually got help.

They keep calling me 5 to 8 times a day from 269-973-4000.  When there's someone on the phone, which is rare, I can't understand what they're even saying.  They keep calling and calling and never give up.  It turns out that call blocking is a wonderful thing. ;)

National City is just a bunch of selfish, hungry crooks. I accidentally over charged my account with 81 cents and they slapped me with a $200 overdraft charge...which the overdraft letter was sent to me via mail AFTER I called them and told them I never received one.  I finally settled my account at my local branch and received several calls from this number AFTER the account had already been reconciled. All of this drama for less than a dollar. This bank just lost a 7 year customer, FOR GOOD!

The have called me at least 5 times and say that it is urgent that I call them back. The 2nd or 3rd time they asked for a specific person that I have never heard of so I called them back and told them they had the wrong number. Here they are 2 days later calling me again saying it is urgent that I call them back. Where is the law? Why can't they put these cretins behind bars?

My daughter has a savings account with them which I am going to close. Maybe the real National City Bank will do something about it.

Yes this number calls here about 10 times a day, for the past few months!!   I finally am having it blocked!   When you try to call it back.  You get some private residence.  If I find out it is National City, I won't bank there anymore!

Scammers -- they keep calling our office, almost daily for two weeks.
Never get through the voice menu, never talk to the receptionist.

I receive on average 5-10 calls from 8669255972 either at work or at home.  It is National City Bank (now in Ohio as PNC).

They arecalling again and again on a debt that is not mine. Their tactics are pathetic. Basically they say pay me or i will destroy your credit. Unfortunately for them, the individuals that stole my identity and stole from their client already ruined my credit. hey are a tesament to what this country has become..lawyers and deep pockets get to abuse the rest of us at will.

These [***] call me a dozen times a day, so far, they've called twice since I've been up, but they usually start at 8:00 a.m..  They've been calling for at least a year!  I DID have a National City account...back in the `80's!!  But ONLY because it was the same bank that I've been dealing with since I was a kid.  NC took over in the late `70's, then the bank became PNC in the `90's and the building itself closed up and the office moved a mile up the road.  As for the phone calls, the caller I.D. simply says, "Unavailable", so, as far as I'm concerned, I'm unavailable, too!!  If they can't leave a message, I'm not going to answer the call!!  Maybe I should lift the receiver for a second every time they call so they'll actually get charged for the call.  After losing shitloads of money from calls they never talked to anyone with, they'll stop calling!  Although, I guess the answering machine does that FOR me!
