Number came up in my missed calls section on my phone, and right away came here.
I love this site....good to know what numbers to not answer.... so im not wasting my minutes on waste of time calls...just wasting my time on friends calls...lol

After I was getting calls from 3 & 4 digit numbers [thats all that would show up on my cell].  All those were from an online school.  Supposedly I signed up for it, which is not true.  After I told them not to call me again, they changed and started calling using this number [8669275206].  That's when I looked it up to see that's who it was calling AGAIN.  It's been nothing but pure harassment for the last four days.

Get the call up to 3 times a day, for the past month or so. Its someone offering college online courses, told them once that I was not at all interested in anymore school and that I had a certification for what I want to pursue, the guy got snotty with me and told me "no, no, no.. we have online school too" .. and i said no no no, i dont care. Stopped the calls for about 2 days. Luckily my phone has call block (LG Xenon). By the way, im pretty sure this is not an American based phone line, so look for international rates on your next phone bill if you answer. They tend to call for a week and then let up for 2. Wait it out, the company you accidentally posted your number on for jobs or whatever it may be, (the one who fu*ked you over and sold your info) tends to sell the info in 3 to 6 months periods depending on the site. So this "company" will toss non-buyer numbers.

one more tip to try.. nothankyou@careeradvisor1 . c om (remove spaces) supposedly you can email that with your full name and number and they will take you off their list. personally their is no reason for them to know anything about your name. So, just email it with a "nice" little letter singed by your phone number. :]

try to call in the time of 9 Est to 6 Est

i keep getting phone calls from this # sometimes it is 10 in a row and it is getting sickening i don't know who and i don't answer i wish it would quit.

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK!  They called my cell phone and I called them back - three times to tell them to stop calling me.  They finally did when I threatened to go to the business bureau. Then I got my cell phone bill and found that this number 866-927-5206 is in CHINA!!! I had $20.94 of international calls charged to my phone because I was calling them back to tell them to stop calling me!  This is how they are getting around the DO NOT CALL LIST - it doesn't exist is CHINA!!!!

These F#$%$'n P&^%$s! first started with my cell, then a month or 2 latter my house? What I did to make them stop!

#1 register my cell and home # with the Do not call list.

#2 for every call I received, I filed a corresponding complaint. Be as complete as possible, name, time, number, etc.

#3 Fire off an email to (nothankyou@careeradvisor1.com) don't give them your number but state that you've filed said complaint and will continue for every call you receive. I used all CAPS, but didn't swear. I'll leave that up to you? =P

I keep getting calls from this number and it is a financial aid for college.  I told them I was not interested and they still keep calling me all hours of the day and night.  Even after being told I would be put on their no call list.

After 7 calls in a matter of 5 hours 2 of which I answered it got pissed and called them back a couple of times and asked them questions that had nothing to do with careers or their business. They asked me to quit calling them as I was annoying them and they were getting tired of the phone ringing and having to answer it for something like the weather forecast. I think it was funny.

I keep getting calls from this number.  No message ever left.  I'm contacting my phone company.  Quit calling my house.

yes, att will block their number for a monthly fee. I have asked about it before. I get called from this number and half of the time all i hear is background noise on my voicemail and the other half of the time they keep saying my first name. I've been getting calls for a month and they will not stop.

I receve several calls a day from this number and finally called them back and asked to be put on their 'Do Not Call" list.  Was told it would take two business days to be valid.  The csr talked very fast and from what I understood the company is some type of telemarketing company for career colleges.

that call s from carrier advisor, they ll help people to find schools for further their education., its not a crime if they asking if u r interested to study., many people r getting benifited from them., so if u dont like them to call u just inform them, they ll put ur num in do not call list, they wont call u guyz anymore., by students benifited by them:-)

It may not be a crime to ask if you were interested once. If you told them no and asked to have them taken off their list? Then why the repeat calls? At different times of the day? For weeks? How would you like to be put through that abuse? You either have no clue to what you're saying, or must be employed by this company?

Had the same thing happen to me...started off asking personal information was definitely foreign. I told him I wasn't interested and hung up, but I highly doubt it's career advisors he didn't even stop for a second to really see if I understood the nature of the call. He just kept attempting to get information from me, I shot him down and just hung up the phone.

yah i got a call from them at almost 8:00pm... who signs up for a loan at that time?

I keep getting calls from this number through out the day I have never answered them from the begining.
