What the.... 3 to 4 calls a day for what?

Respected????? How is that respectful?  These guys give real telemarketers a bad rep!  This is the worst form of marketing I have ever seen!

That does not make their #$%^ annoying calls any better.

Stop taking sides with telephone spam. I don't care about how respectable the company is spam is spam is spam and I am not interested. They shouldn't be calling 2-3 times everyday and not only is it illegal to be calling but leaving a computerized message reaches the limit because you can't tell the computerized message not to call back. Why should we have to waste our time to call and ask them to be removed from the calling list. If people like you are interested then THEY will call for info that they require.

I too have received calls several times, sometimes every day.  I never answer the phone because I have caller ID.

A tip?  Since I switched from Telus to Shaw telephone service, my marketing calls, etc., have dwindled done to almost zero.  

Telus sells their client phone list to marketers, etc.  If you don't want them to do that, you literally have to write to them annually, asking them not to do so.

You can find this in their white pages, at the beginning of the Telus section.

I somewhat agree, being on the NO CALL list is a joke.  It seemed since we signed on when it first started, we received more calls than ever before.

Just got a call from this number, it rang a few times, but when I answered it, there was no one there.

I've been with Shaw phone for some time now, and believe me, I get marketing calls.  
My suspicion is that you work for Shaw.  Sorry.  All part of marketing the company.  $$$$$$$$$

hey i have been getting weird calls on my cell phone for MONTHS sometimes 10 per day. i just called the 1800 404 2464 number and asked them to take my number off their system and THEY DID !!!!!!!! do it people, it WORKS !!!

They have up to 10 seconds to say something? Not in my house. They have no more than 2 seconds and we hang up, and that's IF we even answer the phone in the first place. Almost all long distance or toll-free numbers that call us go to voice mail.

Know what they do?

They produce surveys that no one cares about, to justify the millions of dollars they receive in government funding to run surveys.

It's all corrupt, like most things in Quebec. Don't answer their questions or confirm anything.

Does anyone have their email address, that way a person can keep a file as to the requests to be removed from their list.  Once the request has been made 3 times, you call your phone service provider and advide them that you are being harassed by these callers and let your provider deal with it.

After getting a call from866-982-9805 and checked it out online.  One of the other individuals on here suggested calling the following number, 1-800-404-2464.  I called the number, asked to have my number taken off their call list.  The lady  on the phone asked for my number, and said it was no problem.

This number has been calling me all day, and I feel harassed.  When I see their number showing up I refuse to answer it because it is someone soliciliting.  Is there anyway of tracing this call and telling them to go to hadis and leave me alone!!

we have been getting phone calls from 866-982-9805 and today i spoke with someone. He wanted to speak to the man in the household. I said he wasn't available and he asked when he would be home...am i being paranoid to think someone wants to know when i am home alone? anyways i told him i was on the do not call list, he got rude and said not my companies list! We are a research firm and can call you and i want to know when the man in your house will be there. We bickered back and forth until he hung up. I called the number back, but no answer. anybody else have an experience like this recently? Would hate for someone to get caught off guard and have to deal with this guy.
