I called this number back and a voice mail answered saying it was "IMG COLLEGE" and to leave a message and they will call back as soon as possible. Never heard of this place before!

Got another call with that number just minutes ago. They didn't leave a message. On my caller ID, it only says "Toll Free Call". Sometimes, I pick it up and there's no one there. Annoying! They always call when I'm cooking dinner for my family! I am on the Do Not Call List Registry but it doesn't seem to work.

I rec'd a call from this number; they left a message regarding a survey for Mt. Carmel East (a hospital). They were looking for someone named Dale.

This just happened to me on 11/13/2013 at 12:02 pm. Girl speaking English with accent says hello then hangs up immediately.

At least two or three calls a week from this number. I believe it is what is called a war call--checking to see if the number is valid so they can add it to the telemarketers call list.I would like to know who the telephone service is through so I can send a formal complaint to the provider.

My boyfriend got a call from this person about 15 minutes ago. sense I call him from different numbers, he wondered if it was me. obviously it wasn't so I decided to look up the number and I found this. enough said, i'll be having him block the number.

They left no message.  Using info on this page I looked up "Press Ganey" and called them.  Was told that they "only" make three attempts to contact you on behalf of their healthcare clients, then stop.  She couldn't explain why they don't at least leave a message.  

Ditto. Scammers. Hunt them down.

Not surprising that on Saturday I was in the hospital for ER treatment in Humble, TX (just outside Houston) and today, Tuesday, rec'd a call from this #.  I used my house line, dialing * 67 of course, and found out that yes, it is Press Ganey for a healthcare survey.

So if you've rec'd a call from this company, if you call them and leave a message that you want them to stop calling you, by law they have to -- and I trust they will.  It will require you leaving your first name, the # that was called, and a statement that you are formally requesting them to discontinue calling you.

In principle, you are getting a call from PG if you have had a recent visit to an ER, a stay in a hospital, visit to your physician, etc.  Healthcare providers (hospitals, urgent care centers, private physicians, specialty clinics, etc.) pay PG to do surveys of their patient’s visit.  You are selected at random.  PG does it as a disinterested party, and will give analyzed results to your healthcare provider.  Your healthcare provider is supposed to be improving your care/service based on feedback information Press-Ganey receives from you.
