Same here,  called me once today and twice yesterday. Asking for some undecipherable name

Want to know who is calling me from that phone number

Called cell phone - left no message.  First time I've ever seen this number

they have been calling me on my cell phone every other day or so over the past month. they never leave a message.they've just rung me again a minute ago.

This is "Academy Collection Services". They like to collect old debts barred by the Statue of Limitations.

I receive about five calls a day from this number

I get a call from this number at least once a day.  Tried calling it back once, their automated answering service didn't identify the company.  Finally got transferred to an operator who asked for an extension number or name, but since they never leave a message, didn't know what to say.  And I have no idea what they're calling for because, again, they never leave a message.

They call my cell phone once a day around noon. They do KINDA leave a message, but all they say is hello. I think they've asked for a Jessica Im not sure. I had a collection agency bug the crap out of me for $323.32. So I took a picture of the money and they haven't called since

Numerous calls from this number. Does not know who it can be, but it is definitively not anyone I know.

Call is from Academy Collection Services.  They are trying to collect on an old debt that is beyond the statute of limitation for my state.

I've been receiving calls from this number. They do not tell me who they are and when I call them they answer the phone hello. When I ask what company I am calling they will not provide any information to me.

Very "Punjabi Indian" sounding accent from every employee I've talked to. I asked one of their representatives where there call center was located and he said "Baltimore". The company is called Academy Collection Services and has called me repeatedly to try and collect on a debt i paid off two years ago to a different collection agency.

I've told them this, even though they have the wrong information on me (SSN and address) and yet they still continue to call me. The company doesn't seem legit at all.

I CONTINUALLY recieve calls from this number even after I have told them several times I am not the person they are looking for. Now I receive several hangup calls when I answer.

The man stated he was a credit collection agency.

just told them they have caused me countless sleepless nights, cost me job promotions and hurt my relationship with my wife with all the herassment


the number they call is a spare phone I have had for 10 years, I don't use it all that often


anyone know how to file a criminal complaint against them?  I am going for the throat

Have been calls systemmatically heavy, several times a day, then none for a while.  It is Academy Collection agency.  I have no debt, at all, none.  They got our number by just calling family names of people who owe them.

I keep getting calle from these people looking for someone else. I have asked them to take my number off their list as I don't owe them anything.  They will not say who they are with but insist I pass a message on to someone else.  They consistantly harrass me while I am at my place of work.  How can I stop this?

Its a collection agency.
They ask for my sister in law who does not and has not ever lived with me.
INFURIATING.
They continue to call even after I told them she does not live here.

Hey! Listen I'm fighting back! LOL & it feels like F  U  N ! I call back & reach "Monarch" ? So when I speak to the rep he needed my phone # so that he could find out why they called me. Before I felt comfortable telling him that, as I explained to him very calmly, I needed to know what type of company this was & what it was that they did.

I had a problem getting the answer. The "rep" even reduced to nagging me .. "Just give me you're #" .. " pleeeaase"... Oh my word! : 0    LOL

He told me, after asking several times, that they were located in Phillidelphi, PA ... so I asked if that was the home of the Liberty Bell. He didn't know the answer to that either. Then I asked what historic monument was in PA?, The Statue of Liberty or the Liberty Bell?" ... and he hung up! LOL

Right now I am leaving Voice Mails in the "monarch" voicemail box... I hope you all do the same....I mean what a great company .... :P
