I keep getting the call as well and when I call back the person keeps declining. Is it spam? Is it a cybersecurity issue?

this number calls my phone every morning and when i do answer, i hear nothing. when i call the number back it goes either to voice mail or if some one answers, i hear nothing .

Everyday someone is calling from this Number 235 6253, 235 6254, 623 6255, etc the last number changes everyday. No one say anything when you answer and if you call back it just rings or the line goes dead. I believe Digicel is the culprit.

I need to make a correction. These calls are coming from FLOW network

They call questioning you  about your Scotia Bank account

The calls are coming from Trinidad@Tobago

I asked them why they kept calling every 10mins even after leaving a message for someone,and now they pretend to not answer and click the phone now,its retaliation on there end.
