- MV replies to VijuThis has been real helpful. Sometimes they would just call and hang up. It's really frustrating.
- TI have gotten repeated calls from these people too.....have finally changed my phone number. I have reported them and it seems that nothing can be done to stop them except changing your contact information. When you do that, then they start calling your "references"....asked them not to answer....but thats embarrasing too. VIJI....what they are saying is "exactly" what they do. Before changing my phone I told them my "attorney" would be in contact and they were being recorded. It would stop a while but start back again. They need to be caught! When everybody figures out that way, please let me know!
- Call type: Debt collector
- Nick replies to Investigator1949Its Dell Financial Services. PAY YOUR BILL and the calls will stop. If someone gave your number as a reference, they will remove it i fyou ask them. I got calls because my sister can pay her bills and I havent got a call since I asked them to remove my number and I no contact with her. If you owe the money they probably wont stop calling you until you make payment arrangements or start paying your bills ontime.
- NettieThey call many times during the day and night they start as early as 7 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. and sometimes it is every 5 minutes. When you answer the phone, no talks and they do not leave a message.
- Caller: don't know who it is
- annoyed with DellDell Financial. I get I was late on 2 payments, I am on bed rest so I haven't been able to go to the bank and put money into my bank account, but today I finally did and I just made a payment today to keep my record up-to-date.
You ask for some confirm number. I don't have it right now. I clicked off the page that I made the payment and it hasn't processed in the bank although the payment is for TODAY. So I asked to close my account, they ask for the number which I Didn't have with me.. and then they asked for my full social security number to access my account.
Umm heck no. Last 4 digits I'll give. Not full, I will NEVER do that on the phone. I found my account number and gave it to them. They are putting a request to close my account...
I can't afford their fees.. I pay more than the min. amount and my account card limit is 1500 but somehow I now have to pay off 1895.00 in fees.
Dell's 'credit card' is a huge scam. Never again will I do business with them. Oh and they need to have customer service in AMERICA because I can't understand the rude people they have working for them (yes they are rude.. the guy I spoke with said very rude to me "take care of your baby and get off the phone! - she is 3 and always wants something when I am on the phone. She just wanted to talk on the phone lol)- Caller: Dell

- MJIf you want to buy a Dell, ONLY pay cash for it. DO NOT finance. Better yet, don't buy a Dell period, and pay cash for another brand. Otherwise, if you have trouble making even one payment, they will make your life he!!. I fell a couple of weeks behind. I then paid one month payment, with another one coming due in another week. They are calling me 10+ times per day and trying to collect on something now that isn't even due yet. Is that even legal?
Someone here said, 'Pay your bill, so they won't call you'. Well, I did pay my bill and nothing is overdue now, and they are still harrassing me numerous times per day.
I'm so sick of finance and credit companies. I now see why my grandparents saved money to pay cash for everything. Smart move. It's my new goal in life.- Caller: Dell Financial

- KrossHave been receiving numerous calls from this number over the last two days - they leave no message and when you answer they say they are calling from Dell Financial Services and want the last four digits of your SS# to verify the account. When I got to a person I told them I would not give it to them because I have no balance due they said OK then you are fine. The next time they called I asked them to tell me what they needed to discuss with me and they hung up on me.

- RhonnieB| 1 replyDell Financial apparently got the cheapest foreign people to make their calls. Called numerous times a day and no one spoke clear English to find out what they were calling about. Finally told them that no calls would be accepted and all communication must be in writing or else it would be considered harassment. They clearly understood that because I didn't receive any other calls since then.

- jnhgHave recieved calls nonstop for the past 3 days from this number. The caller ID says unavailable and no one is ever on the line. I can't even get a recording just dead air and it doesn't matter how long you hold the phone. Trying to call the number back gives you a busy signal. This is a place of business and the owner's wife regularly hands out this number. I'm sure she has bought Dells for her college age children and I'm pretty sure she's also probably late making any payments because she's just not real good about that sort of thing. So I guess I get to look for to multiple calls a day from here on out. Sure wish I could get an actual person and tell them to call and harass her directly instead of me.
