i get numberous calls a day from this company and i finally called them back it is a company called DSI they are a collection agency for sprint. The best way i have found to deal with these companies is to answer the phone and when they ask for "Jane smith" you just tell them that no one by that name lives there. eventually the calls stop.

I retrieved 4 phone messages from this company asking for someone I do not know. I had already contacted them to report it and they still call. I called today again. When I told the receptionist that I do not know who is the person they are asking for and that I had this # for the past three years, she said that the spoke with someone (a friend of the contact) a month ago that he was unavailable at the moment. I told her that it is not true b/c I do not pick up phone when they call. The message said they are calling on regards to a dept but the person I just spoke with told me she was going to remove me from their list. So they are calling randomly. I filed a complaint with Do Not Call Registry.

I received numerous calls from this number in the last 2 days.  After answering they would not respond.  last night I received another call and when answered they were not there.  I called the number back to get their name.  I thought the recording said DIS.  It stated that they were closed but I could leave a message and to leave my name and account number.  I left a message stating I did not have an account and my full name with the spelling.  I demanded that they do not call my number again and that I did not have an account with them.  Well, I received a call from them this morning.  I answered within the first ring and someone was there.  I was asked immediately if I was Michael? I said Michael who?  They said Michael Jr.  I said Jr. is not a last name.  I explained I had left a message and they were not to be calling me.  I asked what the call was about they refused to tell me.  I told them if they could give me information that I could possibly give my son (Michael) a message.  They refused.  They hung up on me.  I called the number back and asked why I am still being called?  I was asked if I new Michael.  Without a last name I was not going to reveal.  She finally said my son's last name.  I told her I am not my son, do not call this number again etc.  She then began to tell me what a terrible mother I was and how could I do this to my son.  I went off on her and have since contacted my lawyer.  I phoned back and asked to speak with a supervisor.  NOTE:  when you call they know who is calling.  I did not have to tell them who I was nor the name of the person in which they were originally called about.  I reported this person to the supervisor in hopes something would be done about it.  I got no where.  I have since searched the number and found this site.  I also contacted my son and he called.  They refused to tell him what the collection was for, where they were located etc.  I have since found this company to be DCI Collection Agency in Jacksonville FL.  They told my son it was DTS.  From my research this company works to collect debts for the cell phone companies.  They better not call me again or I will exercise my right regarding Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. For others, I suggest looking into this and make this company stop.  You have rights even if you owe them money.

I am getting phone calls from this number and I usually ignore it as soon as I see anything with 877, but don't know who it is.

they wont stop calling and it eats up my minutes everytime they call and leave a message. so far they have cost me 135 bucks! im disputing it with my phone company but come on now... why would they be calling me 4 to 6 times a day? how do i make them stop calling?

Its someone named Tara Miller thier email address is tm.miller@hotmail.com... They are not bill collectors its a scam...

Yes, this 877-299-1999 just called me and was asking for Brandy and Sylvia Hubbard.  I told the caller there is no one that lives here and the guy said to me "now you speak with an accent."  Then another time somebody called he told me "I'm going to take your social security and driver's license." because he thought I was Sylvia or Brandy.  I always speak with an accent because I came from another country but a U.S. citizen.  These DCI people better watch out or I'm going to sue them for distrimination.  Inday B.

This number is a collection agency for t-mobile. Somehow they got my house number and my new cell number which isnt even under my name. They try to collect money from phone bills that have not been paid. Just tell them that the person they are trying to contact has died and maybe they will stop calling if not i would get another number.

Rude and I have no idea why they keep calling me. How do you stop the annoying calls when they are liars and will not give the fax number?

They keep calling me 6 times in a row. I never answer, even in the nights they call! I'm gonna answer and tell them two badword!!

I received a phone call and this company DCI left a message.  There was a recording stating that there were some outstanding debts and to call back 1 (877) 299-1999, which I did just about ten minutes ago.  There was another recording that asked me to wait until the next available representative.  I ended holding for about 30 seconds and then spoke to Chelsea, who asked for my first and last name, and phone number.  I gave her this information on the premise that she wouldn't ask for any more personal information.  This is information that anybody could get (i.e., Facebook) so I didn't mind giving this.  She looked me up on her database and said I wasn't there, and that the phone call was most likely a mistake.  She asked me to answer next time they call and explain the situation.  She was kind on the phone to me.

Someone from this # called trying to collect a debt for Comcast.  No debt was owed and when I told them never to call again, they threatened to ruin my credit and then hung up.
This is a scam,don't fall for it.  They even sent me a bill a few days later; looked very legit,they are good at this, just plain thieves!

Received a call from these guys this morning attempting to collect on a T-Mobile bill. When I informed him that I have never had a T-Mobile account, he said thank you and hung up. Now the real question is will they keep calling back? I certainly hope not. Clearly another telescam.

They called asking for someone who doesn't live here, and I've had this number for years. I told them never to call again. Let's see if they do...

This is a debt collection company. like in my case it's for my teen-mobile account. thats all i know about this phone number.
