Calling me how many times even at work who are they they always leave message and give their number but no name what is all about or what company they disturbing us too much

Leaving messages...even at work regarding a civil matter...very rude ~ should be stopped from calling people at work! Please help!

Got a call from this number and said it regards a civil matter.

Have received multiple calls at work and on my cell phone. Messages left, but with no information other than the fact that it's a civil matter. I called them back, asked what it was about and informed them that I had filed bankruptcy and that the companies that had placed my accounts with them had been notified that I had filed. He simply replied, good luck ma'am and hung up.

Erin - How long ago did you file bankruptcy? Sometimes the company that you file against doesn't file a reply. If they didn't answer to the debt, they may not be able to collect. Check with your attorney.

877-320-4744 will call me every morning. I don't answer. So, 877-320-4744 will call again the next morning, the same cycle, I don't answer the telephone.

This company continues to call my phone for a previous neighbor/friend of mine and I have asked them to remove my number from their system many times now. Yes,  they say it is regarding a civil matter for the party they are trying to reach.

I was getting calls from them asking for someone who I don't even know.  When I called the 877 number with their "case number"  the idiot that answered was rude and hung up twice while I was asking him about the calls.  I am on a "DO-NOT-CALL" list and went on line and reported them to the state of Florida.  Everyone should do that if it continues.  This IS NOT a reputable firm and needs to be stopped.

They call every morning and usually dont leave a message. When they do it's about a "civil matter". I asked them that they need to send me written proof of any matter civil or otherwise and they simply hang-up.

This company has called our neighbors to try to reach us. When talked to they said we don't owe the money but if we pay them it will raise our credit score 26 points. Told them we weren't interested and to take us off their list which they said they would do. They now call once a day our home phone and cell phone at same time. When I answer they hangup. They don't answer if we call back on one of the numbers they call. We had to call from another phone number to talk to them and they said it would take 48 hrs. to process that was about a week ago. I think at this point it is just harassment on their part. Told us we needed to learn to laugh more. These people are very rude. Advance credit.

crank call - waste of time

These people call me everyday, multiple times per day and they call me at work. They are very rude.  If they have a civil matter against me, then they need to send me something in writing, which they have not done.

Received two messages from these people, one from a local number saying it was the local court and some officer in uniform will arrest me at work or home for check fraud.  I haven't written a check in years. Or done anything wrong in my life.  When I called the local number back, it says it's not in service.  But the voicemail they left told me to call the 877-320-4744 number.  They are rude and hung up on me.  I'm afraid I'm going to get arrested for no reason.  Has anyone else had a similar story as mine? Someone please help me, I'm really scared!!

You should not be scared of collectors, they CANT DO ANYTHING, and most of them are crooks. They are scamsters trying to mooch off anyone they can. Do not ever give them any info, tell them to send you a written notice at the address THEY have, dont give them crap!!! Good luck!

I never answer this same number no matter how many times they call me.  I will gladly answer this debt collector after I file a chapter 13 bankruptcy when I give them my attorney's name and never have to worry about them calling me again.

I have paid these people.They continue to call me at work.My calls are monitored and I could be fired.I have told them to stop, they joke about it, won't give identifying info or phone extension.Do I file with Attorney General or what?

These people have recently started harassing me saying they are going to go after my work check!
A message left by a woman at this number, extension # 221 was very rude, and said Good Luck, very sarcasticly.

The man called and left a msg that it was very important I call back.  i did so and he said that I had an outstanding debt and he was calling for the attorney.  I asked what it was about and he rattled off that I owe $2000 but they are willing to settle and I explained that I needed some kind of proof and he stated he planed on sending proof and he was tired of me not being compliant.  He then went on to name calling and said i was rude and tired of me being a flippin liar.  I asked for a boss he said he was as high up as I could get.  He became irate I told him not to call me anymore that he could send me a bill with proof but he started to get worse so I hung up on him.
