Im so sick of these guys calling me dont owe money!

Call my number every night. When I answer the call is on hold with music playing in the background. Then a man asks to speak to a person who does not live here. Very annoying. I now do not answer the phone when I see this number.

Why are you calling me at 7:30am? Who can I call to complain?

Ok so I just called back this number several times-- because you know, you wake me up at 7am, we have a problem-- anyway i keep getting a man with a thick Indian accent who keeps answering the phone Like the bloody wizard of oz... WTF? You've even outsourced my info to some company in India? Is nothing sacred?

I don't even owe money. Still calls 5 plus times a day. And early am and late pm too. Some of us have lives.

is there not a statute of limitations after 6 years, these people are relentless and will never ever forget you; never the less their not getting a penny out of me, they can suck it!

you can google...National do not call list and put your number with them :)

Please publish CBV business phone numbers here, so we can call them on their non toll-free lines, ( as 800 lines can be can be traced, even with CID restricted ). We can direct our anonymous opinions about their annoying business practices back at them, with even greater enthusiasm.  Sort of a "denial of phone lines" attack, with a satisfying verbal punch-out, if lucky...

How to Really Stop Debt Collection Calls

If you wish to stop debt collector calls, you should send a written cease and desist letter to the collector stating that you no longer wish to be contacted. Telling the debt collector doesn't protect your right to have them stop calling you; only a letter will stop the calls completely. Aside from paying the debt, a written request is the only way to get a debt collector to stop calling you.

Be sure to send your letter via certified mail and keep a copy for your records so you have proof that you asked the debt collector to stop calling you.

They call me atleast twice a day and never leave a message. I don't have any outstanding debt so not exactly sure why they keep calling me. Very annoying company to say the least!
