I just upgraded on rogers three days ago. But got the phone at best buy. Did anyone upgrade from best buy? I didn't answer the call.

I just got a phone literally yesterday and got a call from this number. Unless I recognize the number, or it states where the call is from.. it can go to voicemail. If they were really that curious how I like my phone they'd leave a message and ask me to call back. I'm hoping they won't make this a daily occurence.. but seriously.. I haven't even had the phone 24 hours ???

It is from Rogers Customer care....I just got this call now (2nd time in a week as I hung up on the first person after I heard the automated system identify the call as Rogers with a toll free# for call back and "Please hold for the next available representative").  Rejected the call just now, and voice message was left saying she was calling from Rogers Wireless and calling to thank me for my hardware upgrade and to find out how things are going with my new phone (which has arrived as of today but I haven't picked up yet).  She gave a toll# to call back if I'm having any issues.  IT IS NOT A SCAM, just a bit of an annoyance considering I have requested absolutely NO telemarketing calls to be made to me from them.

Don't have any affiliation with a Rogers Canada. In fact never heard of them. My cell phone and landline are not connected to any entity owned by them. Sounds phishy to me.

Received call from 877-365-0306.
Said was a Mr Williams calling about a "situation" in their office. Does involve me and I should call him back at the above # ext 1923.

Got the same call about a dozen times.  It is definitely Rogers.  It's their service follow-up call/new phone.  I called them and told them to put a note that they had contacted us, so they stop calling.  They are on an automated dialer.  This should resolve our problem.  Hope it helps.

This is a Rogers call about my recent phone upgrade and is quite annoying since I already spoke to them over a week ago. They call daily, don't leave a message and when I do pickup I have to listen to all their cr@p over and over again and it's like they don't get it when I say I've already spoke to them and I already confirmed all the details.They just keep going and tell me that they understand!?!?! I've been a client for 10 years, you'd think I know what plan I'm on and what I'm paying for after all this time even if I upgraded my phone. If they had any clue of what they were doing, they would notice that I'm an intelligent customer and that I tell them what I want as opposed to accepting new services they want to offer me (with a contract renewal catch!).

Try asking them anything about your phone. They told me they had no clue and that I would most likely have to call Sony Ericsson or talk to their technical support. Wow! What a follow-up!

Do yourself a favour - block the number if you can on your phone.

I don't even know who Roger's is, so I don't think that is who is calling as they have called my phone repeatedly and never leave a message.

I also got a call from 1 877 365 0641 and I don't think it has been the first time.  Also a Rogers Customer and Blackberry user.

Buy an android phone and block the scum bags. You'll never hear them again (from that number) Iphone's can't unless you jailbreak but then again Iphone users are for usually Zombie morrons anyway so who cares?

I picked up the call from 877-365-0641 and they identified as following up from Rogers. Started asking questions which lead to YES answers, which can be recorded and used to SCAM you. In these situations, if you ask for a callback # and then you look up that # on Rogers.com, you can verify it's them. The answer I got was "Ok sir, no problem, have a nice day" and a hangup. VERY VERY FISHY!

I have never heard of Rogers, and I haven't upgraded my cell phone in years. This number called once and did not leave a message.

Just got a call from same number but no msg left. I had a phone upgrade a couple days so I guess they wanted a feedback in regards to the new phone. Just wish companies would start showing their name on call ID as normally I don't pick toll free numbers unless I know where it's coming from

It makes sense that it is Rogers. Upgraded my Rogers phone last Friday. Just got a phone call today the following Thursday. Didn't answer.

You don't know anything. It is a corporation, not a person. They need to have their names appear on Caller ID. It is not about caring. I suggest you stay away from internet all together to avoiding making everyone angry.

just got the call yes a got an upgrade recently, the reason they dont show you caller ids is because they outsource agencies hard to block numbers when there are lots of them and they call for diffrent companys

they call me too but it always just rings once.  kind of annoying when you listening to music

Has called me three times and only rings once, no message and no chance to pick up. Frustrating. As many others I did a hardware upgrade but I also feel if they are calling to see if I am satisfied, they might care enough to stay on the line until I answer. I am with Rogers like many others but am not impressed with prank calls. I am a mom of two young children and don't have time for nonsense.
