Best way to deal with these people is to put them on call block.  They call practically every day but I don't get disturbed.  I only know they are calling because I look it up on my caller ID.  JUST CALL BLOCK THEM.  They can keep calling till the cows come home.  Call block is great.

I don't usually answer calls where I do not recognize number.  But this number constantly called, but left no messages
I answered during my lunch break at work to have some rude lady try and intimidate me into paying a debt (that I am unaware I owe) she had my address, because she confirmed it saying they'd sent me mail?  She told me an amount, and said I could pay a lower amount as a "settlement"  I told her if she thought I was going to pay some random rude caller $ over the phone she was mistaken. She then told me it was effecting my credit...blah...blah..blah   I asked for her ph# to call back if I needed, she gave me same phone #.  I called it back and the 1st thing it says before anyone answers is "this call is being recorded"  I just hung up.  I don't believe I owe T-Mobile any $    She was very rude and "trying" to be intimidating

Please don't have them call me.

Link below indicate that they're being sued. I hope they go out of business for their illegal practices.  They call me at least 3 times a day looking for my EX.  Which I've told them several times that  I do not have his updated contact info. I eventually placed them on Call Block. They are definitely a pain to deal with.

Maury Cobb Attorney. Always leaves a robin-voicemail but never identifies who they are calling for. I'm going to block the number. Calls come from 205-558-0323 & they leave the 877 number as the call back.

I'm getting daily calls. I do owe synchrony bank about $800.00, but i am reworking my budget today, and have changed companies on car insurance and phone/internet to save money. My total monthly income is $986.00 social security and $52.78 from a former pension plan. I am determined not to pay this law office who is described below as a shady bottom dweller who buys up debt that has already been written off. I will pay synchrony as much a month as i can, preferably by automatic draft. I want to get relief from this lawyer.

caller doesn't say they are calling for but I know they are a debt collector company.  Don't answer them and report them to the better business company.  Two(2) companies in one Maury Cobb and Richard M Breibart they are scammers themselves trying to collect on debt that was already on credit report as change-offs don't give them any information because that will keep the debt on your credit report SO PLEASE DON'T ANSWER THEM

Stop calling, we are in a bankruptcy and all the people we owe were notified.

Got a call asking for someone I didn’t recognize. Told the girl she must have the wrong number she told me she would remove my number and hung up.

That post is from 2013, so some of the specifics might have changed.  What is true is that this is a sleezy outfit calling you for sure.  A phone call is NOT legal notice of a debt.

This is from some attorney in relation to Spectrum trying to charge for an extra month after having them disconnected. But they didn't turn off my service as promised, instead they increased my number of channels. They upgraded me to HBO, Showtime, Star, etc. and I didn't find this out until I turned in the equipment to the Spectrum store. The story told me they took care of it and shut off my service. Two months later I got a bill for twice my old amount. I found a Class Action against Spectrum for this very thing. I wrote Spectrum and instead of going before an arbitrator or judge they turned it over to this bottom feeder who have been calling me 3 times a day. This is fraud.
