This number calls me constantly and I never answer. When I googled it, Hello Fresh came up. This makes sense because I recently tried it and then cancelled my subscription.

They don't stop calling. I cancelled and did survey.

I also cancelled a Hello Fresh account a few weeks ago, now I'm receiving calls daily when I'm at work or in important meetings. They never leave a message, and when I called back it was just hold music so I hung up.
The meat in my box was warm, the vegetables wilted, and the food wasn't good, and had no flavor. I followed their recipes without exception. The chicken was warm, and I didn't trust using it. I could have come up with better options myself for 1/4 the cost. Overpriced "convenience".

We did the trial and one delivery and then I cancelled.  We aren't home enough to have meals delivered and trying to get them made before they spoil just didn't work.   The  first week I really likecd the selections - the 2nd wasn't as good just be cause it wasn't what I would have chosen.    I just got a call with no  message and a call yesterday with no message .  I have two friends who use Hello Fresh all the time and really like it .    I got a call yesterday with no message and another one today with no message .

Called my cell phone. Left no voicemail message. Also recently canceled Hello Fresh. Blocked.

I received a call from this number and music played for over 2 minutes before I hung up.  I called back and music was playing so I blocked the number.

It's HelloFtesh after I cancelled because they have very cheap cuts of meat and are way overpriced. They also send nonstop emails after I unsubscribed about 20 times. Seems the company is going under.

Numerous calls from Hello Fresh after cancelling  their service.

Hello Fresh. Cancelled once I realized that after signing up for 3 free meals (forwarded by my sister who uses them), a charge was automatically made to my credit card for a 2nd delivery. I must have not paid as much attention as I should have to fine print/details. Customer Service was good when I cancelled, however, they keep sending me e-mails to take a survey as well as now calling and leaving a blank voicemail.

Repeated calls only got one VM. Cancelled after the second box as I asked them to skip a week. Very buggy company

This was someone who could barely speak English stated she was from Hello Fresh, after I filled out an extensive survey about why I left, she now called about 10 minutes after I sent the survey asking why I cancelled!  I explained "I filled out the survey and I am at work now and cannot speak at length on the phone".  She proceeded to tell me she would like to give me $10 off my next box, oh boy, but I would have to tell her RIGHT NOW when I wanted the next shipment, she couldn't put it "online".  Very strange as I don't see why they couldn't simply put a $10 credit online or give me a code or something.  I told her no thanks and blocked their number.

No vm left. Call back n it's just music playing. Do definitely Hello its not fresh.

Received a phone call a day for more than a week.  Background noise when answering after saying hello they hang up.  Blocked this number.

Hello Fresh number 877-372-9890 calls after orders cancelled but no msg left at any time. I do not answer.  Their foods are not FRESH, meats are too fatty, vegs are somewhat seconds, expensive due to small individual condiments delivery in wasteful plastic and glass containers. I'll go to my grocery store any day of the wekk.

They did not leave a message, but the caller ID named them "Nuisance Likely" how funny is that.  Reading below it must be Hello Fresh. I did get an order from them and for my first order, some of the cherry tomatoes were moldy and so was some of the other vegetables. For their name Hello Fresh, I would call them Goodbye Not Fresh!

Having the same problem.  Love their product but cant afford it and now that I cancelled, I get calls every day during working hours and no message.  This is very annoying!!  That alone may make me never do business with them again!

Several super annoying repeat calls from this number with only one voicemail, and that was just background sound, like it was a pocket dial. I recently cancelled Hello Fresh, so now I know it was them based on helpful people on this forum letting me know (thank you!) I blocked the number on my cell phone so they can't call me again.
