While on Facebook, clicked on a post and got notice that I had clicked on a virus and to call this number to resolve the situation.  The computer was frozen, the curser disappeared, warned not to shut off the computer.  I had to reboot the computer to get clean screen.

Had the same experience, they claimed to be a Tech Co. Phone rang nine times no pickup. areal Tech Co. has better Tech

Same experience. Guy called me back from a different number (1-800-315-3207) and said he was from Microsoft Support. I said I dialed the wrong number. and hung up.
Had to reboot.  Probably some sort of scam.

same experience as Herb, had to power down my computer and reboot! I wish someone could catch these @$$es and shut them down!
