They keep calling my phone asking for my husband and never relieving who they are. I just got a call today saying we are gonna be served for something we don't even know about. They never tell me There names or the company they work for. Our phone #'s are not listed so We have no idea how they got them. They are harassing my family and causing allot of grief.

Gave name as Scott Ryan "officially notifying" me, and everyone within ear shod of the answering machine, of their attempt to serve court papers for "passing bad checks" to a person with the same last name as mine. Geez! I hope no one with the same last name commits any other crime. And for you, Mr. Ryan, if you are a debt collector, you just violated the FDCPA. I hope you get your ass sued! The number is listed to "Titan".

This is Titan Collections LLC in Phoenix, AZ. They did the same thing to my mom who is 70 and a widow, called and told her she was being served and to meet him somewhere. THEN he called her friend who is going through breast cancer treatment and told her my mom was writing bad checks. I called and told them they were using illegal collection practices and said I would sue. We are sending a "drop dead collection letter" -- you can find an example on Clark Howard's website. These guys suck.

i recieved a call from a blocked number by a guy named tony house.. he said he had some papers he needed to serve me to go to court for writing a bad check.. he left this voicemail on a friends voicemail.. my friend was very upset.. when i called the numeber he gave and asked for tony house the company claimed not to know me and said they can add up to three times the amount on file.. when i asked for tony house information so that i can meet him for the court summons they said they use 1000 of process servers so they dont know who called me.. but said if i could make arrangements to pay then they will fax a hold to whom ever had my account.. so i asked they send a fax to same company to call me so that we can make arrangements to meet for court summons and they refused.. sounds very shady to me but im getting an attorney to look at it.. i think these are just shady collection attempts..

Oh my gosh! I got a call just today from the same "Tony House"  and he called my parents house!  I called the number to speak to someone (several times) initially I set up payment arrangement and then retracted because I figured it was a scam. I spoke to a 'Michelle" a Zena and some other manager who threatend me with "a summons" and demanded my debit card number before they sent me a bill. I told them that if I the bill was legit, I would pay it, but I needed something in writing and in the mail.
