Calling job

Called saying that Kelly Smith had an important call. Waited and got Pete Morchelli who said he was with Galaxy Asset Purchasing and he was calling on behalf of Chase.  He asked me for the last 4 digits of my social and my address and I told him I was not going to give him that information as I have no connection with any debt to Chase.  He said OK and hung up.

Keeps on calling my job that I don't work at. Need them to stop

I don't know who these people are but the are really pissing me off......  LEAVE A MESSAGE OR STOP CALLING,  ANY LEGAL OR LEGIMATE COMPANY WOULD LEAVE A NAME AND NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone called from this number stating I have a balance of $9,400. He said that I could pay $940 and save 90% to settle in full. I never had any debt unpaid and have paid everything on time my whole life. I never had the mentioned account ever before. I hanged up and blocked this number. These are some scammers or something. Stay away. They say they are Convergent and they told me if I don't pay, I would go to jail. Pathetic.

Just a fair warning for anyone receiving a call, letter, or email from this number: NEVER give any personal information to them. They will use it against you. Just hang up immediately and ignore them, delete the email, throw away the mail. Even answering the call is bad as now they can confirm that is your number. If they call and say your name, just hang up or say you got the wrong number. After looking up this number and the company, so many people have stated they are receiving false/fake debt notices and accounts they never had before.

Called me said I owe money, ask to who, they kept me on line wanted to know my social i didnt give it, couldn't give me detail really as to what it's about, then tells me it was charged off my credit 7 years ago but are trying now to collect

crazy call and hang up. Watch out;  they could collect your data from your phone. Scam call !!!
