- GraceI received a recorded voice message from this number. I called them back and they answered "Visa Fraud Prevention Services". They wanted to verify all of my personal information and said that it was my credit union visa that was in question. Never gave it to them, neither are they listed as a number for my credit union visa card. When I asked if someone had called me and why, they would not proceed because the wanted the personal info. first. Its a scam.
- Unknown.Repeatedly call. No message. Please remember. If someone calls and wants any of your info DON'T give it to them. Your credit card company, bank or credit union will never ask you to provide your personal info.

- jI recieved a call from tjis number It is Visa card services and some one was trying to get money off my old Debit card acct
that was cancelled for possible fraud activity,so you should call that number back it is not a scam. - StephanieThis is actually a legitimate number. Ask your bank if they do business with them. I have a visa card from my bank and when I bought an item from Amazon, I had the item sent to another address in another state. About five minutes after purchasing I receive an automated call from this number wanting to verify I made the purchase. If you don't verify, your card will be disabled. This has happened to me before....as I was thinking this phone number was a scam.
- LindaIt took me some time to get through to a Telco bank person to confirm this is legit. She assured me it is. They were alerted because I'd made a small donation ($5) to a website owned by someone in a different country. No problem, and she closed the alert. However, no alert was displayed on my account page, no email or other contact, just this repeated phone call that wanted my social. She agreed that it was confusing and that no one would want to provide that info on the phone. Guess if we all mention it, they might instead suggest logging in to the account to check, where they could have left an alert.
- Caller: Visa fraud

Mark this transaction is authorized press seven. To repeat this information press four. To be transferred to a fraud specialist. Press zero." As a prerecorded msg. I hate this. I hate you can't answer your phone without screening first.- Caller: FAKE Visa Scammer
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Mike CarterCheck my card for my Visa debit card and there aren’t any flagged transactions and all the transactions were mine. CU is closed, so tomorrow I’ll called the local # and speak to them directly. I think it’s a scam since I’m the past the Telco contacted me directly and didn’t use a service such as the one that called and left a message. My card on this account has been cloned before. Calling this # will probably result in more information given to the scammer and then that’s when the charges will appear. I’ve caught them before (scammers) and if you don’t give them info they ask for, I.e. social security # they will hang up.
- Caller: Austin Telco Credit Union scam
