Message everyday saying they're looking for Juan Cortez and to disregard if that's not me. How the hell can I disregard when they call every day!

Upon checking my cell phone missed call registry I found this number has called me a couple of times but they never leave a message. When they called recently I answered the call but got no answer. Sorry, I don't talk to thin air. (If I want to do that I'll talk to the cat; the cat will actually listen!)
I'm not behind on any past or recent bills so I don't know why they're calling. I'm supposed to be on the 'do not call registry' so I've reported this.

Credit 1 credit card callers. beware of these people.  They start calling if u are 5 days late on ur payment and will not stop. I was finished with her and hung up on the caller and she had the nerve to call back and tell me SHE wasn't finished with the call !!!!  I don't care! I WAS!!!!!   Paying this one off and getting rid of this one! Annual fees plus harassment??? Unnecessary.

NY - got a call on 4/9/14. Answered it and heard nothing on the line.  So I didn't hang up, b/c I like to annoy them just as much as they annoy me.  After about a minute, a man asked for some foreign-sounding name, and I told him that no one by that name was here.

They call several times a day.  I never answer.  They never leave message.  

Got the same call - they call all the time.  Again something should be done by the Attorney General.  

Stop the harassing calls since Oct 2014. I'm  not the man your looking for because I'm a woman. This is the 3rd time I told this number to stop calling me.

I've been getting calls from 877-541-8420. When I answered one of the calls, the girl told me that I owe the LA housing department $500.
I do NOT owe the housing department any money.

Somehow, this scamming debt collector made a connection with my name and the housing department.
It looks like some kind of computer data hacking and partial identity theft.... A Federal Offense.

Do not talk to them and let them confirm your ID information.

This #call 3 to 4 ×per day.

Received voice mail from this number. Called back but the gentleman on the other line would not tell me who they were until I gave them my phone number. I hung up.

Calls and asks my name and social security number only saying they are a debt collector . As if I would give such personal information to some clown that calls abitrary . Don't know if it is a phishing scam or a bona fide debt collector but I don't respond well to such treatment.

Kristian Nava called me from 877-541-8420 requesting to speak with a person that does not live at the number they called, my home landline. Kristian Nava stated it was a personal matter and refused to give me any information as to what the call was concerning. I will be adding them to the Do Not Call List because of the harassment.

Debt collectors often lie and use scare tactics. The statute of limitations is 7 years. I had debt collecters call me in 2013 about an apartment debt from 2004. After 7 years, there is no legal ramification for not paying but they will hound you. If you agree to anything, it renews the statute of limitations. Check with your state laws.

Scammer pretending to be collection company. Don't answer.

They are scammers.  They try to collect on debts that never existed.

Called and asked for a person that I have no affiliation to. Apologized and the person hung up. Didn't sell anything, so I'm thinking they're trying to get something out of someone.
