    A lady that says her name is Dakota just called my friends house after calling my cellphone asking if I was the person she was asking for and for what this is for. "Any information collected will be used in order to collect a debt." I kept asking her who is the creditor you are collecting from? She tells me that she can't tell me that until I tell her my name. I AM VERY PIST-OFF ABOUT CALLERS LIKE THAT who plays the scam game needs to stop! They need to get a life, and stop trying to get money from others.

    I moved and made my final payment to COX over the phone. The last question I asked was whether I owed them anything else and they confirmed I had a zero balance. A week or so later I still get a collections call. COX is consistently disorganized to the inconvenience of it's customers.

    Said they were calling from Puget Sound Energy and that if I didn't make a payment over the phone within the next couple of hours my service would be shut off, they gave me this number to call (888) 368-2473 and said to ask for Billing to make the payment. Called Puget Sound Energy directly @ the phone listed on my power bill and PSE told me not to call back as it was a scam.

    I called this number the same voice came on and asked me to hold. I held for 30 seconds and hung up. Since I have no known outstanding debt I will do further research.

    Oops, I overlooked the final bill from Frontier Communications when I moved two months ago and it got sent to collections.  Spoke with Amy to find out what account this was regarding, and then called back a few minutes later to make my payment and spoke with Sky.  Both were pleasant and professional, this was by far the most positive experience I have ever had with a debt collector.  They do charge a $3 payment processing fee, though.

    Cox is a BIG time joke!!!! I cancelled my service with them just two weeks ago and yes I do owe them, but they've already sent it to collection's are you F'ing kidding me!!!! Why would they send it there if it's only been 2 weeks, that just absolutely blows my mind!!!
