I'm calling on behalf of the marociopca county process servers office regarding court documents filed under case number 3920090. The attorney in charge of your case, Alison Clark her direct number is 877-580-4644. The reason for my call is to inform you that we attempted to serve you with legal documents requesting that you appear in court. However, the documents were returned from the address that we have on file in order to prevent receiving a failure to appear in court as well as future legal complications, we strongly suggest you contact the attorney in charge of your case mentioned at the beginning of this case. She will be able to provide additional details regarding your court summons.

I received the same message as below about 5 mins ago with a different case number, but the message left is identical. They also tried to call my wife as well. We answered but did not say anything and the lady on the other end sounded very rude and did not present who she was with but demanded to talk to me by name. They then hung up due to use not saying a word when answering.

I received the same message with different case number. They called my mother and sister saying it was Allison Clark with a civil matter, scared them. SCAM!!

I recieve a call from a private number. Same thing as others, she said they tried to serv me on a court case and she provided a file number, different than the others. She said Attn. Allison Clark could release the information but she could not. She gave me the 877-580-4644 to call Allison Clark. I know of no pending court cases or anything else so I will just assume a scam at this point.

This number called with the same message unknown claimed to be serving ? I worked at a law firm before this wouldn’t be handled this way… and if someone wants to serve you they will come to your address in person…. And guess what if they can’t reach you , you never go to court that’s the purpose of a processor server to come find you in person and serve the documents….

My brother received a similar call on Oct 9. This has got to be a scam, I have been dead since 2010!

Iv never got anything from police or lawyers that did the paperwork

You are simply giving us false information as there is no attorney by that name. You should get an honest job.

I received the same message different case number never talked to Alison Clark. These people called my ex husband.  Never heard of them so decided to call a bankruptcy lawyer she said case number doesn't exist nor do I see you being sued my anyone. They told me to call back to let them know you have a lawyer. Line is busy all the time now. On my 1st call they picked up on 2 second ring now can get through..
