Got phone call from 877-621-3550 and when you answer a message plays "please hold on for an important message" then a foreign voice (sounds Indian) asks for my husband and wants me to give him a message - about past due bill from Montgomery Ward - we have never had an account or ever shopped at Montgomery Ward - I told her this and line went dead

Even though caller ID said "Unavailable" I picked up the call because in the early AM I am taking calls at for my job until their office opens. Said "Montgomery Ward. Have you sent your payment?" "WHAT?!" I said. Montgomery Ward?? Didn't know they were still in business! Says it's the catalog. I've never bought anything from a MW catalog. Asks to verify my address. Gives me an address I haven't lived at in over 20 years. WTF is this nonsense? Said she'd take me off "the list" then. Yeah, you do that!

I keep getting calls from this number any time or day or night and they never leave a message.  It is very annoying.

They called me and said Montgomery Ward (Ha Ha Ha) Haven,t these idiots ever heard of the internet and checking

Voice mail says that Montgomery Wards has an important message. Since I don't do any business with them, this caller is a highly suspicious robocaller/scammer. Montgomery Wards department stores were liquidated in 2001. In 2004, Direct Marketing Services Inc. (DMSI), purchased much of the intellectual property assets of the former Wards. Thus now, Montgomery Wards is an internet based business. Not worth my time to shop with them.

I receive a catalog book from Montgomery ward a month ago I wanted to open a credit they got my Birthday and social. Security I wanted to order a tablet but I had to pay 10% down and have to pay with a card.I was suppose to call them back with my down payment on my card but I never did call Montgomery ward back. And when I dial the that number back the record said your current balance 300.47 dollars and 47 cent and my last payment receive zero cent my next payment due 50.00 dollars and zero cent on Jan. 25 2019 . And when I did talk to someone she said they send the order to me .but she lying I never did call Montgomery back to give my down payment are my card number .

Have never done credit business with Monkey Wards and only shopped at their Pasadena, Texas store in the 60’s! So there is no reason for the continual calls day and night. I never answer calls if I don’t recognize the caller, or as in this case, have absolutely no relationship with. They never leave a message so that is also a warning sign to me that this is just some sort of pressure room call.

Just called this number to be told on recorded msg that i had a bal of $700+. After talking to their rep it was determined the account in question had different SSN and address. The only thing listed correctly was my phone number. Their rep noted on the account that the phone number they were calling did not belong to the account holder. Perhaps everyone should call MW back as they may be getting calls and msgs for the same reason I have. The rep said this matter would never have affected my credit rating as the SSN on the account was different than mine. However, let’s hope this stops the constant calling from Montgomery Wards, which I learned today is only a catalog bs!

Received repeated calls with a recording from "Miss Andrews at Montgomery Ward."  # is 877-621-3550. I have not done business with this company in over 30 years so I can think of no valid reason for them to call me.

They call every day when answer they hang up

Montgomery Ward- my mother gets phone calls from this number multiple times during the day and night. It’s always a recording about the balance due on her account. My mom has never shopped at Montgomery Ward, never had an account. How to make the calls stop?

This is the only address I could come with for that company. I would suggest a certified, return receipt letter telling them that they have the wrong person.

My dad gave me a gr8 idea. Just pull plug from wall on land line. That did the trick lol
