Scam payday loan "Service Processor" David Williams and Amanda Ward gave different information. Would not give any information about their company or the company they were representing.

Told me i owed money to a company i have never heard of for an online loan i supposedly did back in 2008 or 2009 from a Midland financial. Told me they were going to subpoena me to court unless i paid $600 but if i fought it and lost the amount could triple.

They claim that they do not fall under the Act because they are Service Processors. I beg to differ and would prove it if I could find out a physical address. Like all these companies they will not give any information about their company and hide behind their toll free number. Another reason folks should know they are fake. Any legit company will give you their address.

Please let us know if you recieved calls from both ARA and ASA. Both call with the same story and calls from both numbers started about the same time. Try to determine if the alleged companies are the same folks. ASA manager is David Williams and ARA manager is Daniel Williams.
