OK I'm Frustrated beyond Frustrated! On 8/30 they took $30 out of my accout. I argued everyday with these people and they kept saying they would refund my account in 10 - 20 business days. I never got it. Finally I got a hold of a guy by the name of Jake from upper support 1-888-897-8045 (Call Him) I got my money back two days later on 10/7. Today I checked my account to see if my rent check cleared. My account was over drafted $189.02. They put $.60 in my account and took out in different sums six different times which resulted in 6 overdraft fees! I'm calling the BBB and the police. I'm tired of having to deal with this. I'm actually on the phone with the bank right now. The bank is removing the over draft fees  and suggested that I close my account. I will be doing that this friday!

This is the biggest ripoff, they have taken 30.00 and 37.95 out of my account.  I have incurred 204.00 in NSF Fees. I am closing my account today.I am also contacting the State's Attorney's Office.
    This is fraud and theft.

If you Filled put any information with "YOURLOAN101.COM, and have read the "Terms and conditions", you will see that they clearly state what they are going to do. BUT the disclaimer at the bottom of the form also says they are NOT a LENDER, so I will file charges of wire fraud, deceptive and misleading advertisement with the US District Attorney's office and let them spend themselves into abject poverty. My attorney says this might be a great opportunity to file a class action suit against the entire "Payday advance" industry as the US military has already taken steps to protect it's people from this predatory lending form. Anyone interested in starting such a move may contact me a at <reallytiredandlazy@hotmail.com>

    me too
I found this company had put $.05 into my account and then taken $.01 out. When I tried to call, there was only a recording. There was another company with the phone number of 888-467-4349 that did the same thing, put $.03 in and took $.01 out in three different transactions. That company answered and actually told me there was going to be a $30 charge. I screamed at the guy and he assured me that I would be removed from their system by the end of the phone call. I will be watching my account closely.

I think this came from 123wages.com, a payday loan company that called me when another website turned me down - like within two minutes of the other website. The 123wages website never approved or denied my loan but all of a sudden two different companies are depositing and withdrawing pennies from my account when I authorized no such activity. If you try to call 123wages, they immediately ask for your SSN before you can be transferred to anyone!!!

Watch your accounts closely!!! Mine is a brand new bank account, and I only applied to ONE place with this account information, and this is what happened.

I had this company to debit my bank account for .05 and .01 cents. I have never applied for any loan the information that they gave me was not my ssn, phone # or address. they stated that they did not find an account for me. I stated if can't find any account who authorized  to take money from my account. she asked  me if i applied for a payday loan I advised her I never had. she asked me to send a copy of my bank statement. Why will I send you something that you are illegally taken money out of. I advised that I will be speaking with my attorney and that charges will be filed against them. The lady informed me that they will put the money back I told you will put that back and more and hung up.

It is so important that we take steps to protect ourselves on the internet.  It really is not a good idea to post email accounts, names, addresses, phone numbers or any personal info that can be used to identify who you are, were you live or even your name.   Vent, complain and give info about incidents to help others but don't hurt yourself even more by putting more stuff out for other idiots to use.

I had this happen recently too.  Not sure how they get the info when you are applying directly to a company for the loan.... but they took out and deposited so many different amounts from .01 to .05...

I looked up the number here and called my bank and they put a selective block on the companies that were doing it from ACH withdrawal's and deposits.  I can't just close this account because I have checks out and auto payments but I will have to eventually.  It only last 90 days and it at least gives me time to make sure all is ok.... and then move on and learn from the experience.

Call your bank, tell them you did not authorize anyone to remove those fees from your account and you want them pulled back from them and redeposited in your account.  Then ask them to put a selective block on the company that is doing this.  State in your letter that you have tried to call them with them promising to return the money but they have not.  Tell them to google the number themselves and see that it is happening a lot.  This is definitely a scam.  I do not know how they can get our info when we apply for payday loans, title loans or loans online period, but they do and someone needs to stop these people.  The bank has to investigate a fraudulent charge.  Unfortunately once your id is out there they throw it out for a price and hope they can scare people into paying.... or directly removing it from accounts you gave someone else in a supposed trusted site.  Be careful.  You will have to close your account or every 90 days extend the selective block on the companies that are doing this. No matter where you turn, someone is trying to rip us off when we are at our lowest point.... a pay day loan.  Good luck all.
