I called ATT to pay my bill. They informed me that my bill is $20 higher next month. When I asked why they said I subscribed to some download crap. I told them I did not. I had been getting double message alerts when I received texts, one was my normal icon and another a different icon but still an envelope. I saw what it was the first time and it was Quiz Combo. I sent a text back to 75469 saying STOP and it said I no longer would be getting Quiz Combo. I recently got my bill from T-Mobile and it charged me $9.99. I'm going to get it removed from my bill but wanted to post this to help anyone else who gets this. Also, the phone number was 877 661 1136 and the "business" is on my bill as Funmobile. Hope u all get this resolved.

My son's cell phone just been charge 2x$9.99 for this 877-661-1136 so called Fun Mobile companor no reason. The insist that we signed up with them, but we didn't. They won't make the first $9.99 back to us. They said the company can only refund one payment of $9.99 back to us in 4-6 weeks. I am crossing my fingers. I hope this company will be stoped and no more people be angry with this type of fraud.

just checked my phone bill and there was a 9.99 charge to my son's phone.  He didn't download anything...i called the number and canceled but when i tried to talk to customer service to get my money back no one answered.

I am a Senior Citizen who has 39.99 on my ATT T cellular bill three times!!!!.  The contact number is that of ATT...I have tried to get this off of my bill for 3 months...I have no idea how this happens...I can hardly pay ATT for the land line that says long distamce is free, but, charges $17.00 for taxes..had Long distance removed and they charged me for removing that...what is happening to this world....I'm not scheming off of anyone to live an I want others to stop trying to take advantage of me. I worked 40 years and when I retire everybody is trying to freeload off of someone else.  What can we the VICTIMS do I am so tired.  I found this message on my cell phone "2 hot4mobi.com" who are they? Below this is a number 877-661-1136..Today the phone company says they will place a " free block" on my phone.

I didn't get a call FROM this number, but I had to place a call TO them this morning.  I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, and in July I did something stupid online signing me up for something I didn't realize I have signed up for.  When I called to pay my bill today, I investigated this thing and discovered that I have had several charges for a monthly fee.  I'm not very attentive when it comes to some stuff in my life, and bills are one thing.  I don't read thru them, and with my phone I just usually pay over customer service when I get the reminder.  Needless to say "Jack" with this outfit was absolutely horrible to me saying that he could do a PARTIAL refund, or just a CANCELLATION (with no refund).  I told him I wanted ALL charges dropped, and he said nope, not gonna happen.  I said what a scam, and he then revoked the partial refund offer just like that saying that now he didn't have to since I called them a scam.  Yikes.  I asked to speak to someone else, and he said that all the other people would say the same and that there was no manager to talk to.  I did apologize, and because I did the offer was back on.  It was like a beating over the phone though.  He reversed 4 out of the 6 charges.  Sheesh but there are so many rackets out there, and they prey on us naieve dumb ones, that is for sure!

This is a perfect example of Syber Crime. This needs to go to the FCC and the FTC.. The phone companies need to be made accounable for allowing these preditors to continue by continuing to pay them. they have the ability to turn off the automatic authorization of these premium services unless we authorize them and prevent these types of crimes. Just think how many people are just paying the bill and not even checking to see what this is.

Just had T-Mobile blacklist 877-661-1136 with short code of 22643. I did not accept the text message, yet I was charged 9.99 on my cellphone bill.... T-Mobile was great about getting the charge removed and blacklisting the company

WTF! random premium charge just appears! ill premium charge them soo hard! i want to sue them, and make them pay for this. I feel violated that they think they can just get my 10 dollars, they charged me and my mom!! i had nothing to do with this, these [***] will pay for this! fun mobile or whoever your days are numbered!idiots! get it in now, because id rather see you guys go to jail than get back my 10 dollars. smh!!

Happen to me on my t-mobile charges. I am out 5 months charges before I notice the charges on my cellular phone bill.
Everyone here on the blog should file an official complaint to (1) FTC, (2) your state attorney general and (2) CA attorney general so that a class action suit can be taken on FUN Mobile.

I have officially file the complaint via the FTC and state Attorney General Website. (PA and CA)
