Yeah I just went back to clear and they even gave me back my old rate service is much better now that sprint bought them out.

Service speeds around 6mb down but I've gotten up to 11mb with their standard no external antenna modem.

I have been a clear customer for about 4 years now, about a month ago I got an email from them addressing me as a "Valued Customer" they proceeded to tell me that they were ending the clearwire e-mail service as of the middle of April.
Three days ago I got a second email from them again addressing me as "Valued Customer" this time they told me, in effect, that as of the middle of June they were ending internet service, they allow me to pay $35. somthing per month for being "SERVICED".

Is there a govt entity like the FCC that I can make a complaint to?

    The service people are fine.

The management team that decided to end all email service as of April 15 2015 and internet service as of June 15, 2015 are @#$%^&*(_+!@#$%^&*()_+ s.

From a "VALUED CUSTOMER" , to quote the clearwire emails sent to me!!!!!!!!.

How do I file a complaint , with the FCC against clearwire for arbitrarily  ending service to a rural area, Northern Nevada.

I have been a customer of clearwire for 4 or 5 years now, I have always gotten help from the service people, when I finally got thru to a real person so I am content with them.

However, I think that the top management are TOTAL !@#$%^&*()_+ holes.

I received a email addressed to "VALUED CUSTOMER", telling me the email service would stop as of April 15, 2015.

The second email from clearwire addressed to "VALUED CUSTOMER", stated that the internet service would end as of June 15, 2015, bty, my month charge for internet service is automatically taken out of my account so they always get their money.

How do I make a complaint to the Federal Communication Commission about clearwire arbitrary deciding to end service to rural northern Nevada

About a month ago I got two emails from Clearwire my ISP for the last 4 years,  it started "Valued Customer,"
We are ending all email service as of 05/15/2015.

The second one also started "Valued Customer,"  We are ending all internet service as of 06/15/2015.

So much for being a "Valued Customer"!!!!!!

What governmental agency regulates the internet services, I want to make a formal complaint about clearwire!!!
