This number keeps calling me and no one answers.

I answered the call, on the first ring, a recording said it had called to verify that I had added another phone line, which I of course did not order. Asked me to push 2, if I did not order a new phone line. I pushed 2.

After reading a number of the comments about this number, I have concluded that it is a scam phone call.

This is a prerecorded message from my local utility company with a reminder of my utility bill that is a few days overdue and a 2 week notice to pay before additional charges are applied and possible service interruption. This is great reminder if have just overlooked payment and enough notice to pay before added charges.

I want this person to stop calling me

Well, you have several choices, none of which include posting a request here.
1.  You can hope that the caller sees your post and stops calling you.
2.  You can communicate your wishes to the caller.
3.  You can block the caller's phone number.
