    I forgot to mention that my caller ID said "private or hidden number blocked by call protection". Seriously? If its TRULY Kaiser then there should be NO hiding of the number. The fact that its hidden makes me very suspicious.

    This is legitimate call from Kaiser, but it's automated from computer, sending message from my doctor at Kaiser to tell me to contact him for an appointment

    this is a phishing call claiming to be from  kaiser - called the known real kaiser member services number and was told that this is a fraudulent number targeting kaiser members - do not respond to this call - also calls to 877 will be charged to YOUR phone
