I received a threatening call from this number referring to a false file number. They said they were Revere Recovery Group and I had 24 hours to return this call if I was the persons name mentioned. They were going to sue me, due to lack of response back to them.  They don't tell me the name of the company, but it is PRG.
It is a scam.  The company they said I borrowed money from told me not to talk to them anymore and I referred the to the FCC.  They said I owed money from a company and never paid them back. I checked with that company and they said I didn't owe them anything.  
They just want your personal infomation so they can scam you by claiming you won a prize!
877 799 9234 was the number and they have been threatening me for over a year and a half.

Got a call from this number but instead of a contest line or something I possibly won, this recording said I need to call to risk reporting this to my credit report..and said it was from the Premier Recovery Group that was calling . They also said this was a timely issue.. Somehow, I had missed this call as it was something I evidently skipped over while retrieving my other messages.. this call was placed sometime in July, and it's Aug . 29 when I am making this report.. They never called back .. Will update , if there is an update.

They are PRG and they called my mother in law telling her that the county has a judgement against me. But they didn't say where they were from and just leaving a extension to call with a account #.  Why would any county call from a (877). They would have the area code from where they are calling you. So I called them from Google Gmail Phone(they can't get your number cause its a internet call). Well I kept calling asking them whats PRG stand for. Then after the 4th call they told me who they were, but a differant person answered.
After that I called them giving them my account number 799-9234 (their phone number) and then I asked to speak to Lupe(name that I could come up with and changing my voice to funny voices). Then I told them you dont like to get calls bugging you guy and now hows that feel. Then I hang up.
Well anyways just tell them that the person who are calling for has just got deported to Afghanistan! lol

I received a call today sounding like an official voice and that they wanted to speak to me about an investigation that is pending for the last 4 of social security which was wrong and name was partialy  wrong. Scam is it? I was told to call back to Ext 314 to Ms.  Anderson. Funny when you call there is not way to call that extension. You just leave a message.

Got a call so I called this number back and a recording came on stating Thank you for calling PRG please have your file number or rep name available and I will transfer you now. I dont know what they are talking about so I just hung up, sounds like a scam to me as well!

I first got a call from a female staying there was a civil action against me and she was from prg? Stated i needed to call immediately or they would take action, that was from a 716 area code. Today i get a call from a 330 area call and they pretty much stated the same thing, basically i need to call the 877 number to give  ystatement. These people make me Sick! What an awful way to try and make a buck,prey on others misfortune.

these [***] keep calling mine and my daughters phone today, voicemail sound realistic, but the disgusting [***] that called my daughters phone today, said he was PGE some payday loan collection agancy, once my daughter told him to gobsticknit where the sun dont shine and to stop calling her number he asked her what color her panities were that she was wearing, ARE U SERIOUS, if i ever find this nasty ass mfer he will see what kind if panties he will be wearing let me tell u!!!
