They claimed to be Kirkland Law Group and said we owed Household Orchard Bank, which is now Capital One, $1900+ from 5/2015 to 8/2018. We never had an account with this bank.

These scammers tried  to call me the callback number is a 760 but the message number is 8778051188 Their message: “ My name is Ashley and I am contacting you in regards to the complaint that has been forwarded to my office registered against you. Should you wish to discuss the pending actions that may be filed you will need to contact the firm and control this matter at 8 7 7- 8 0 5- 1 1 8 8. Failure to respond may result in the department proceeding that your consent so please be advised if this car has been logged and submitted as proof that you have been notified with this matter again, the telephone number is 8 7 7- 8 0 5- 1 1 8 8 and please do not forget to reference your phone number when calling again thank you.…” seems like a scam!

Received 2 calls from a (402) number which is an eastern nebraska area code.  They called myself once and of all people my mother the second time.  My mother answered her call but my call they left a voicemal.  Both messages had the EXACT same information in it telling me that (Jeff) they were trying to deliver legal documents about a complaint that has been filed against me.  He gave me a reference number of DA10219063 and I need to discuss this matter.  Failure to respond will result in the department proceeding without my consent.  So please be advised that this call has been logged and submitted as proof that I have been notified of this matter.
