Caller/company goes by the name Ontellus.  They claim to be a record retrieval company for claims adjusters, lawyers etc. but something I caught during a call from them makes this appear suspicious: we have a subpoena for personnel records.  Hmmmm, aren't subpoena's issued by a court of law?  Be very cautious before you share personal info with this company and ask a LOT of questions to see how they respond.

If they actually do have one it would have to be served as indicated in that article. Simply telling you that they have one doesn't cut it.
