I am seeing 12.95 taken out of our account, called the # could not get answer except something about tech support. Cancelled account. Called my bank said they could cancel my bank card and re issue new card. Talked it over with my husband and yes that is what we are going to do, but I am investigating more so I can find out what this is and find out what needs to be done.

I have no idea how I got enrolled or who they are, but they’ve been milking my account for several months now! Submitting a fraud claim and a complaint to the Better Business Burea.

Whoever this is withdraw funds from my account--unauthorized. When I called a got a recording offering to cancel my membership?  Membership to what?  There was no means to request a refund!

Same thing happened to me. They took 12.95 out of my account for  over 18 months. I don't know how they got my bank information or who signed me up. I never authorized any charges. I tried to call and was given the run around. I finally cancelled my debit card. Case solved! BEWARE!!

This is a service that Go-Dish auto enrolled me into.  I have called MANY times to cancel the service but no one ever answers the phone.  I have let my phone sit on hold for 3 hours before and still no one ever answered the phone.  I called Go-Dish today to find out what the heck is going on.  They connected me directly to this service.  Was finally able to cancel it.  This is something that Go-Dish did.  I should of called Dish TV directly instead of going through a retailer. which is something I did not know before today.

IT Help Group claims they are contracted on behalf of Hughes Net. They have been taking $19.95 a month. Claimed it is part of a “bundle” package from Hughes Net. Phone number and company charging fees changes month to month. Buyer beware.

I ve receive a couple of calls about this number bout the same price, they take 14.95 and say it's from Dish but this is actually a SCAMMMM!!!!
