A charge of 79.98 appeared on my credit card bill totally unotherized.

I can't find an address, for Acoptimumcs, I"m tired of the run around w/ that company, I won't be doing that again

Yes. I ordered and received a bottle of  "Advanced Acai Blend" and a bottle of  "Colon and Parasite Cleanse". Strangely, both bottles appear to contain the same tablets, the same ingedients and only cost me $6 Australian. I'm currently dealing with my bank to get back the further $500 that Acoptimums has debited from my account.

This company that sells the diet pills that is like ACI Berry diet... That had been advertised thru the websites and sales calls.  They also did take the money out of our credit card without our authorization.... We did received those pills and changed our minds that we didnt want it anymore.  We did called that company and cancelled the order couple of months ago... and They DID NOT Cooperate...  Please anyone have this problem is to report that to BBB and have them investigate from that company.

In the past, I bought the AcaiOptimum product.  After the free trial I decided that I did not want it.  I did the return just like I was directed to do.  I ordered the pills in March 2010 and returned it before the 30 days were up.  I explained that I did not want to receive this product any longer.  Well, today is June 30, 2010 and yesterday June 29, 2010 I looked on my bank statement and there were 2 debit transactions.  One for $59.00 and the second for $2.52.  I called the 1-877-825-1528 number listed on the statement next to the charge.  The operator told me that I was charged the $59.00 for the empty bottle that they supposedly did not received and the $2.52 was a statement fee.  I was like "'WTF' I sent you your G*d D*mn bottle with the amount of pills that was suppose to be in there and I want the money back on my card! And I want it NOW!!! Not tomorrow, not the next day, it should have be on the yesterday!  And if you take money out of my account again I will sue this company for everything it is worth!  Do you understand me?"  The women on the other end said 'We don't use profanity at this company, Mama.'  I told her that I didn't give a 'Rat's A**' what their policies were.  And so she checked with someone and low and behold.......they are refunding the $59.00 but could not refund the $2.52.  I'm calling my bank and getting the money (well, the $2.52) as soon as the $59.00 is refunded and I will make a claim against them too! If need be!  So watch out people........don't order this product because not only does it not work, it's a ripe off too!  Good luck to anyone dealing with these MF!

Has any one gotten any answers from this company Called acoptimumcs.co8778251528 because I do not know what this is and they took $69.00 from my account and a addition $2.52  on the same day. Did not order anything and do not know how to stop this.

If any one has an answer please let me know.

I have the same problem and as I have called them twice they have told me that my account has been cancelled but I still keep getting charged 79.98 and 98.00 I am going to my bank to cancel my card as they said the last charge of 98.00 would be credited but I don't trust this scam of a business if that's what u would call them what a rip off

Yes I have the same problem and have called the number on the despatch note twice and both times they have told me they would cancel my account and still nothing has happened.  So you say you can go to your bank and they will get the money back for you.  Did you cancel you credit card?

I took a trial offer on this product. I couldn't even take and they charged for another bottle without my permission.

I did not authorize another order to be charged to my account.

They took $99.96 from my account twice!  The bank gave me this phone number.  

The guy that answered at the above number informed me that they "cannot refund any manufacturer account if its already been billed to your account."  I told them I agreed to a charge of $1.19, but they insisted that I have to pay.

When I asked for cancellation (he showed me the terms and conditions at AcaiOptimum.com), he canceled the future withdrawals on my account, but he still said they were keeping the $99.96 (twice) even though their website says $79.98!  The very deceptive "Trial Offer" says $1.96 or $1.19 or $1.49 for the Acai Berry.  The interesting thing is that I told him then that I wanted to cancel the Colon Cleanse too, and he went right to it.  I was a bit surprised since it was a completely different website!

I explained that I did not know they were going to take $98.96 out of my account, and I wanted to cancel the entire order (both for the berry and the colon cleanse) since it had only been 24-30 hours and I was sure they had not sent out the product.  He said the money out of my account was non-refundable (even though the website said I could get it back not including shipping of $7.98), but he said I could not.  At the end, I got cancellation numbers and his name, "Mack" and customer support #"046."

We'll see how it goes.

This is a rip off.  I called them today and cancelled .  I thought I was buying a trial of a product for 4 dollars.  The customer service person said that I had subscribed to a monthly service and I needed to have canceled within 14 days of trialing the product if I did not want the company to continue sending me the product.  It is sunday so my bank is closed I will call the bank tomorrow and see if I can stop the payment.

i too fell for this scam.  i was charged the 99.98 (for the Acacia Berry product).  Immediately i called the company to say i signed up for the 1.19 promotion.  The lady was very patient w/ me.  she informed me that had i read the terms fully i would have discovered that the 99.98 was only refunded by mail.  Yet since i was canceling my order that was now null and void....she said it was non refundable because i was breaking the agreement (of waiting for the product to arrive and then mailing in the rebate coupon).  She did tell me that further shipments would be canceled and that my account was closed.  She gave me a cancellation number.

ok lesson learned.  That was a week ago.  Today they charged me the 1.19 for shipping.....i'll keep a close eye on my account, IF i see any more charges from this company.....my debit card may just have to disappear and i will report it lost....oops....how careless of me.... oh well.

This company sells acai optimum. They use false advertising and keep charging credit cards. My advise is to cancel your card and dispute the charges and make a formal complaint to the BBB. That is what I did.
