I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM TODAY SAYING THEY HAVE A UNPAID LOAN FROM ME N THEIR OFFICE AND IF I DON'T PAY THEY ARE GOING TO SUSPEND MY LICENCE.I DON'T BELIEVE THE BS THEY TRY TO TELL YOU!

I got a call from 877-855-1624. A woman left a message on my cell phone saying that  my wages would be garnised because of a loan that i did not pay back in 2002. I did not take out a loan and now i dont know what to. person i sope with was ms. felix.

I got call from a Mrs. Fifes(?) Said she was from D & I Recovery and was going to garnish my wagews for a loan I never took out. I told her I already contracted the police in reference to this although she was very nice I put # in goolge and came up with all this info about scam. Orginally a man with a heavy middle eastern accent called and threatened me that I owe money and also talked very vulgar to me. I laughed at him and figure that wasa the end of it. NOw a woman with no accent of any kind is telling me the same crap and how they are gonna garnish my wages. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS IT IS A SCAM!!!

I have received several phones calls from ms. garcia who was very polite. However, she could not tell me any information aside from they would send it back to the creditor and they will procede with garnishment. I told her you can not garnish any of my wages. According the Federal Debt Collections Act you have to verify this as proof of my debt. Now the interesting part of all of this is, that these people are persistent. Even after I email them to the following email address:dandirecovery@ymail.com under the name Ismail Patel stating the law to them. The tried to act like they did  not received the email. I also left a msg at this phone. They tried to act like they never received my voicemail.  They also called me from this phone no. 203 409 3442. After Ms. Garcia told me that they would send it back to Creditor for Garnish I told her God Bless you and have a good day. This people are crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Oh I also called them on getting their story mixed up, first they said they were collecting money for United Cash Loan and then turn around and said VC Funding

I received a call 01/20/11 on machine at home from this number from a Miss James and said my wages are going to be garnished on my next payday, but a settlement can be arranged with payment arrangements.  Didn't identify type of company, but she did say that she was calling from what sounded like United recovery.  She had an American accent, not the usual Indicn accent.  Was so suspicious, that I looked up the number and found this site.  I'm glad that I did, too, as I was about to call them.  Never received any papers in the mail, either, about my owing anybody any money.

I received a call today from a lady name Ms.Johnson.She stated to me that they where getting ready to garnish my check for a loan with United Cash Advance.I have never even heard of the place before.She claim that I took the loan out in 2007 and it didn't reach the recovery office until 2009,that doesnt even make sense.So  I asked her how much was the loan she said $2800.00.I flipped out,Look chick there is no way I borrow that much money and didnt pay it back and from an online site too.Dont even sound right.She gave me my last four digits of my social and my home address.That was about all she had right.I told them that I will turn this over to my attorney.I didnt receive any paper work or nothing.

They are a complete scam!!!  
Once I mentioned that I was recording the phone calls and forwarding them to the local PD and FBI they hang up. The next day a male called me I told him the same thing and told him the FBI, State Atty, General, and FTC know about them and mentioned to 'real' business name of Ezelle Williams & Associates he hung up. This was back in Dec. and I have heard no more. BTW, I have forwarded all phones calls recordings, returned certified letter they refused, and all other information I have to the local PD, FTC, state AG and FBI. Just waiting for an update now.

877-855-1624  Ms. Garcia called and said I didnt pay back an internet pay day loan.  I have never taken out an internet payday loan.  This is a scam.  They may have some of your personal information but do not give them any information.  The only thing you need to do is to report them to your state's attorney general.  Other phone numbers that I've reported are 760-262-3980 Attorney James Parker (yeah right) and 877-258-1188.

I receive a call about 3 times a week...person just leaves their name and phone #...no company name or reason for the call. I don't answer calls from unidentified numbers...just let them go to vm.
