come on are you guys kidding? then how was I supposed to get credit on my bill,though I haven't been mailed my bill yet either....said I got credit,but now have no long distance going out direct.and was mailed a paper asking me for 32 dollars wanted my credit card number and telephone company of no help whatsoever,didn't give hardly any info,they could find payment info on long distance? But my bill is paid in full?

I called 1800-288-2020 and someone called me from a different number and said they wwere ATT&T,but no last name and no operator number or extension.

I didn't answered it....

They left a message saying they were from California lifeline but I don't trust it.

All called ID says is Arizona, United States.  Didn't answer, no message.

Called (888) 438-6673 for Cox internet Trisha said to call 877-858-7463 Cox lifeline to get a senior discount? She could not transfer my call (Red Flag) she knew my first grade teacher but I feel she may have accepted anything.
