A payday loan collection company.

This company is located at 2827 transit road in elma ny 14059, goes by the nam phoenix apperal or phoenix capital llc...you wont find them bc it goes to a lawyer who then funnels the money to another company...the owners are robert mcdonald and joe francabandiero. two young boys who break the law to collect debt that isnt even real. turn them in and use the address i provided and if you need any thing else you can email me at exciteentertainment@yahoo.com.  I can give you lots of info such as their parents names business names and addresses! any info needed to have them shut down and arrested....first step is to call the attorney general in buffalo with info then the fbi!

Talked to two gentlemen from 760-705-8888.  They gave me 877-908-6285 as a number that I could call, because I told them I was very suspicious.  Both heavy accents from India.  Claim they are my computer anti-spam software company.  They know when I bought the system, how and what I paid, my email address, my physical address and they called me on my cell phone.  They're quite believable, but their claim that there is something wrong with my computer does not ring true.  My computer works just fine.  Not sure what their goal is.
