Woman called my cell phone.  Don't know how they got that number because I had always given them my landline number.  Said she was calling for Walgreens customer appreciation.  I told her I wasn't interested and hung up.  I stopped using Walgreens months ago and moved my prescription to Walmart where I could get it cheaper.

I called them back after this was showing up on my caller id and asked to be removed as the poster above did. Hope it works and you can bet I will post again if it doesnt!

They are a bunch of SCAMMERS, they said it was Wallgreens calling and had a automatic refill service avalable. Don't tell them anything it's a SCAM!!!

I don't think any of us can really tell if this is legit or a scam, but just to be safe:

 * I never answer the phone for unidentified callers.

 * No matter what shows up on my caller ID or who they say they are, I never give out information unless I either recognize the caller's voice or I was the one who made the call.

Walgreen's should be smart enough to realize this. Or maybe they're hunting around to see which of their customers are gullible.

Just call the number back, press 1 and ask to be taken off the call list. The lady I talked to was pretty nice and didn't try to give me any more info or whatever. She said she'd give the number to the supervisor and I'd be taken off the list.

Caller ID= 800 SERVICE

Call center operation, perports to be Walgreens.
Since Walgreens has no means of contacting corporate offices concerning inquirys, (they only allow inquirys concerning the website or a store) We have to assume they condone & likely pay for these persistant unwelcome calls.
And, by the way, when pressed, they admit they are attempting to sell something, NOT making a courtesy call as they might get you to believe.

Call from this number, wanted to know if service on my prescriptions were okay and that they were gonna transfer me over to a rep to update MY INFORMATION, I said no thank you. Walgreens does not ask for information per solicitation and the call was not legit. Do not give info out to them.

I really wish that all these scammers would get attacked by terrorists at their place of business. We live in a country that the government does NOTHING to stop this BS! I really wish someone would place a bomb where these [***] are located at to stop their pranks. I'm sick & tired of [***]!

Receiving calls on my cell phone number, but no messages left......SCAM ,,,, SCAM ,,,, SCAM....thank goodness for caller ID and COMMON SENSE.

It was Walgreen calling to see if I wanted to do a customer satisfaction survey. They were very polite and when I aske to be taken off the call list they were nothing but pleasant and di so for me.

Called left no message.

This number called me at 7:40 p.m. this evening.  My Caller ID only said 877-924-7670 Toll Free.

I didn't answer and they kept ringing for about 2 minutes straight.  It was as if they could see me standing there ignoring them.

Several calls from this number in the past few days. The first time, an older man left a voicemail that just said "Hello?" and a long pause. Since then, several more calls but the voicemails are just a few seconds of silence.
