I received a phone call at work, which is absolutely not allowed, from a woman named Reagan.  I had it put into my voice mail so no one at work could hear me flip out on this woman for calling at my place of work.  The phone # left to call back is 1-877-994-9115.  I do not know who these people are, but if they are AmeriCredit...I no longer have a loan through them, it is through GM Financial so they have no right what-so-ever to be calling me at work.  I have already asked a Reagan to never call me at work and to mail or email me any infomration for any reason.  I highly doubt that 2 different Reagans would be calling me!  Come one now that would just be too much of a coincidence.  REAGAN IF YOU GET THIS....I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH I WANT TO SLAP YOU THROUGH THE PHONE!  ARE YOU THAT PATHETIC AND RUDE THAT YOU TRY TO GET PEOPLE INTO TROUBLE AT WORK AND POSSIBLY LOSE THEIR JOBS?  If whatever company you work for wants money for a debt that hasn't been paid then helping me to lose my job is not going to get your company their money any faster.....so bascially what I'm saying is: "Back the 'F' off and try a different method of communication!"  You are a terrible employee and are nothing but a p.o.s. to have a job that threatens people at their place of employment and harrasses family members of my whereabouts, when they have nothing to do with this.  Send information by mail ONLY or I will flip out every time one of you contact me by phone.  Enough is Enough.  You are not the only company I am trying to pay off so be considerate or you'll be the last company who gets my money!!!

I have spoken with them in the past and asked that they send me documentation of the Debt however, they have sent nothing.  I have checked my emails to determine if any financial institution that I have borrowed money from has tried to contact me and have not found any unless I get through the mail.  I have no money to get a lawyer to stop the harrassment.  

This is a scam,  do not call back.

Americredit, these people are snakes, they are suppose to identify themselves by mail after making the first phone call, that is assuming you gave them consent to call your cell phone or work #.  You must notify them that they DO NOT HAVE CONSENT to call your cell phone or work or any third party, Make sure you document their phone call in and document your demand they Cease and Desist calling you or any other third party.  After that they are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair Debt Collections practices act(FDCPA). Send them a letter if at all possible (Certified).  If you did not give them permission they can NEVER call your cell phone.  Each violation of the TCPA is at least $500.00 per call and FDCPA $1,000.00 per occurance. If you document the violations you can hire an FDCPA Atty to Sue them, or do it yourself.
