Was in Nice (France) in July. Good tip is to use a different sim card when you go away and before you fly and advise family. When you come home change the sim back. This will stop your regular number being logged by the foreign networks.

J'imagine qu'un vulgaire escroc veut que je le rappel afin de surtaxer mon appel et d'empocher une somme rondelette...
Cette arnaque est connue: NE RAPPELEZ JAMAIS UN NUMERO INCONNU DE VOUS...
Croyez que si je pouvais envoyer une paire de baffe par téléphone, j'aurais volontiers rappelé...
