I also got a bip from this number: +88213550862, on 19 oct 2009, at 01:19AM(!!!), GMT +2.
Before giving back the bip, I searched the number on Internet... and surprise... i didn't know anything about these kind of calls till now... but it seems that there can be a start for everything :D
DON'T CALL BACK on this number or on others like +88213550860 or +88213550861!!!

I got a beep from this numer too ...it sound twice on my mobile phone and then after a couple of seconds on other of my other number
I have two numbers that are partially the same ..only the last 3 digits are diffrent first is ending in 268 and second in 364 but between the calls there was only a couple of seconds...

called me at 3:00 AM .. we should report this to the phone company no ?
who is this anyway ? i see it called a lot of persons

I also got a bip from this number 20 minutes ago,the bad thing is i called back and at the other end a robot`s voice started,like an answering machine,`im sure it`s a scam to charge your phone bill,the question is...where the f... do they have my phone number.All of you ppl that got this call are from romania?

I've got the same beep from this number at 6:50 romanian time. But now i will certainly not answer or call back.

I sugest you do not call back becose it might be a scam to rip you of.

bai cum  dracu se face ca sunteti numai romanasi si postati in inglish??? si cum se face ca numarul asta care se pare ca suna dimineata, apare numai aici. Nu se pot indentifica mai multe date despre el? De exemplu daca este Skype??? si vad ca numarul merge doar pe reteaua Vodafone, iar schema e proaspata.

Si eu am fost sunata, la 6.15am azi.Culmea, dar si nr. meu se termina cu 368.Fain...noroc ca n-am sunat inapoi.

+1 si eu am fost sunat de numarul amintit mai sus. . .nici eu n-am sunat inapoi, prefixul international respectiv nu exista. Poate ne suna extraterestrii?

Si pe mine m-a sunat numarul asta la 03.01 ora Romaniei la numarul meu de Vodafone. Ce naiba se intampla? Stie cineva?

Salutare, in aceasta dimineata la ora 3.30 am primit si eu beep de la acest numar. Multumiri pentru postari. In mod normal ar trebui sa existeo modaliatate sa aflam ce este cu acest numar si sa-l oprim. cred ca o sesizare la compania de telefonie moble la care suntem abonati

Pe mine m-a sunat la 2.48 noaptea,dar cum dormeam am vazut apelul dimineata.Am sunat inapoi si mi-a raspuns un robot ce mi-a zis ca n-am credit suficient pt. acest apel.Prefixul e al unei companii de telefonie Thuraya sau un satelit regional de telefonie ce acopera o parte din Europa ,Emiratele Arabe,Africa,Asia,puii mei,uitati-va pe net.Cert este ca e putin ciudat ca s-au dat atatea beep-uri de pe acest nr.E tare amuzanta intrebarea retorica"Poate ne suna extraterestrii?"
