Jan 6, 2019 6:38 a.m. missed call from same number. Didn't even complete 1st ring

Got a call with this Caller ID at 5:22am this morning (a Sunday). Phone was silenced so I didn’t hear it, and no message was left. Like a number of the other reports, AT&T network here.

Abnormally-formatted number (but claimed from US), so I assume it’s a scammer.

Apparently it’s an international number. However, my phone identifies it for some reason as a call from within the United States.

I got the same call. Didnt answer at 530. Ca here with t mobile

Got a call from this number yesterday, I’ll AT&T also bit from southern Oklahoma. Didn’t answer and no message....blocked! Stop the spam calls please AT&T!

Getting constant calls from the same group tried blocking the numbers, again coming in from different number. Only happening last 2 days

No message left. Yet another garbage call. Blocked.

3x from this number at 8am EST. Phone was in Do No Disturb so I didn’t see them until later. No VM. I’m in CT and also an AT&T customer.

my sister started getting calls Saturday morning starting around 5:25 am. She couldn't go back to sleep either and she's a nurse. I spent the morning with her and interestingly enough, I started getting calls very shortly thereafter. she received about 10 phone calls, no messages. I received two within 10 minutes of each other and no messages.

What are you suggesting here?

Called at January 5th, 2:51pm CST - t-mobile in Oklahoma. Rang once then hung up. Blocking number.

Do not call back a number just because they called you.  A bad actor can harvest your caller ID and Name to use it to SPAM call your area.  Only call back a person that leaves you a personal voicemail that you trust.

Recommend not answering/returning calls that originate from this number. If you respond and call back, this may signal to the spammers that your number is a "live" number and then your number may be spoofed as a source in future spam/robo calls. This may result in your legitimate number being called by others to answer/complain. If you start to receive random calls from many numbers on a daily basis (I'm talking dozens/hundreds) , it's likely your number was tagged as a good number to use in spoofed robo calls targeting others.

In general, my advice would be to never call back a number unless the person leaves an actionable, personal and direct message that you would expect. If they don't leave a message and you don't recognize the number, don't call back.
