- AnnoyedThis rude male person phoned this afternoon at 2:s10 pm After silence, then household noises (kids, shuffling papers, conversation with someone) he began "How are you? I said I didn't know him and who was he. Refused to give his name, then launched into a spiel. I tried to stop him with "not interested, please don't call again" to which he replied "I'll call you every day, you b--chy old lady." Please do something about this person. This seems to be a threat of harrassment.

- Teller replies to FocherYou got a call from Trump? Unbelievable.
- Quick Brown Foxet another unwanted call from this invalid (spoofed) toll-free number arrived today, less than 4 months since the last unwanted call on Feb. 27, and at least the 8th call from these creeps since July 2016. Once again, when the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) often spoof their numbers to cover their tracks while trolling the phone lines, in boiler room fashion, seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Some posters report this is an out-of-work contractor (probably unlicensed), based in Beverly Hills with the phone number (424) 777-9271, and sometimes going by the name "Mike with California Construction," Folks, the phone lines are already teeming with scam home improvement contractors, scam police charities, scam solar energy vendors, scam vacation giveaways, scam credit card services, scam HVAC contractors, scam IRS impersonators, and other assorted fraudsters. A scam is a scam is a scam.
DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF THESE TELECRIMINALS. LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.- Caller: Robocaller / unlawful telemarketer / schmuck seeker / scam contractor / telecrim
- Call type: Telemarketer
- CorporateCalled my number at work, asking for Jean Chow CHING CHANG PANG. First of all, that's not me. I have no idea who Jean Chow is but when I informed him he has the wrong number, he continued with "MAY I SPEAK TO JEAN CHOOOOOOOOOOW PAAAAAAAAAAAANG CHAAAAAAAAGN BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANG". Trash with a Southern accent that clearly thinks it's funny to make fun of Asian names.
- Caller: An uneducated racist SOB
- AnnoyedI previously blocked this number. My phone still tells me a call attempt was made. 2 minutes later I received a call from UNKNOWN (213) 292-5376, and they left a message! Said his name was Stephan and he was with "Muffled" Reality. To give him a call back about selling my house. Funny, I don't own a house.
- Caller: Muffled Reality
- Call type: Telemarketer
- DiThe caller had my name and my old address saying I needed a contractor. Wouldn't give his name. I asked him how he got my information and he told me to relax and calm down. You never tell a woman those words. He hung up before I could give him a tongue lashing. When I called back blocking my number, it said the number was disconnected or no longer in service (this was immediately after the call from this number.)
- Wayne Brenner replies to MR.XI answer the call to find out the name and type of the company so that I can report it to the Do Not Call website. If they get enough complaints, they may do something about. They do receive an enormous amount of reports, but they do work on what they can. A couple of weeks ago, Direct TV was fined around $280,000,000 for calling people on the Do Not Call list.
