If you don't want people to call you, don't give out your personal cell phone number! You signed up to get a quote from Nationwide, so their calls are legit. Call them back and tell them you are no longer interested, and to take you off their call list. In addition, follow-up with a written letter, and keep a copy. If you keep getting calls after they got the letter, file a complaint with your local state consumer protection agency or with the FCC.

Sorry, but NO. I did NOT request an insurance quote -- from them or anyone else. I do not want their calls. I'm on the NO CALL list, and this is NOT a legit call.

It's no longer "legit" if they won't accept "no" and keep calling. It shouldn't have to go as far as writing a letter or filing a complaint.

It's Nationwide.  I am shopping for insurance, had the call come through w/ "Nationwide" id'ed as the caller...oh well.

their are always people that think they know everything. I did not ask for a quote from anyone. i've had the same insurance for over 40 years. why should I have to follow up with letters and phone calls because some eagere sob called my cell phone. I have never gave my cell phone out to some one other than my family. So screw your smartass attitude. People that think they know everything annoy the hell out of us thaqt do!

No, I didn't give them my phone number and I did not request a quote, didn't contact Nationwide at all.
