- BrandyYes, this #888-235-9513 plus other #'s they call from belongs to Ally Bank. If you are a day or 2 past your due date you better believe the calls will start pouring on. I thought all places give you so many grace period days, but not them. I suppose to have 7 or 10 days Grace period. These ppl don't give you any leave way what so ever. They are impossible. I had surgery and they called me in the hospital the day of, and that only 2 days past my due date. Explaned just had surgery was in pain and the lady sad sorry, but I need to know when you make your payment and I hung up. They are ridiculous. Be glad when I'm finish with them. Do not finance anything through them.

I explained to Ally that I had recently had a miscarriage and I was in the hospital for a while and had to undergo surgery therefore I was out of work and all the WOMAN on the other end of the phone could say is "well I can hold the line if you want to call a friend or family member and borrow the money" like really you mean to tell me another woman could take this call center job so seriously that they could be that insensitive to another woman who just lost a baby. This place is cruel and ridiculous and should definitely be SHUT DOWN!!!

Today was the first time that someone was actually on the other end of the phone and didn't hang up on me. After talking to the rep for a few minutes, they just call and don't even have access to see what payments have been made or are pending. I asked for a supervisor today and was transferred 4 times (3 times to another rep and 1 time to an "assistant supervisor" and then was told by the asst supervisor that I needed to be transferred back to "collections" to address my concern of them calling so much with no one responding when you answer and the number of times they call.
