They did not call me but they took out 200.00 from my account without my permission now I am wondering how they got my name and my bank account number.  My bank gave me a number to call and all I get is passed around to different people and noone is sure who the person in charge is.!  They actually hung up on me TWICE!!

these people got their money back and still harassing me at work.

This guy Jeremy keeps calling me from there... he told me the company was LTS Management... he even knew that my bank account had been frozen... not sure how he knew that but he did. I tell him that I am busy at work and he continues to talk not letting me call him back later on or anything.

Is it legal for someone to go into a bank account that the person that owns the bank account did not give the numbers to nor there permission? I got sick at the beginning of the year and I was off work for a month had my water shut off barely getting by they were called and they refused to stop any payments and the bank would not stop them the bank said that they had to leave it opened 55 days my account was overdrawn $2100.00 and refused to give you an address so you could send what you could, they want you to send it Western Union $12-14.00 money $0.40 at Walmart they person that it took 8-10 days for the bank to deal with it did you ever get your money back? Because my bank told me today it would take 8-10 days.

They took out 260.00 on Friday 6-12-09 turned around on Monday 6-15-09 another 180.00 he knew that this account was gonna be overdrawn he had no permission to either one of these amounts. They do not work with you they want the amount they want not what you can pay, the bill was 260.00 he has taken 440.00 out of my account in 3 days then he says that he doesn't want to cause you hardship according to him he is the only bill that matters he wants your whole paycheck for as long as he wants to charge you be very aware and do not do any transactions with Loanshop Online they will rip you off!!!!! and it is not worth it these are the bottom feeders every word out of there mouth is a lie, do not do business with them. They were told two days ago there was no money in this account and he purposely overdrew my account

I got a call on my Cellular from (888)265-5074 and cannot even check it out so as to determine the legitimacy or identity of the caller using Reverse Phone Numbers.

I didnt event get call.  I checked my account out to find out that I was short $390.00.  I flipped out.  It is 5 in the morning and I cant reach my bank yet to dispute the charge but best believe I am waiting on them to open up.  I know they will say contact the merchant but I called them too and got no answer guess cause it is 5 in the morning.  I AM SO TICKED OFF.  I have no idea what the heck happened.

They called numerous times never leaving a message so I finally answered their call. I told them they had the wrong number. They were looking for someone else and insisted that I was her or that I knew her. I explained again that they were calling the wrong number and to please remove my number from their file. I continued to receive calls from their company again with no messages. I decided to call the number back so that I could hear the name of the company and asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained the situation to her and once again asked for my number to be removed from their file. She said that she removed my number and I would not hear from them again. No such luck. They continued to call again. The next time I answered I explained again that they had the wrong number. After repeating myself numerous times and being accused of lying for the second time I demanded to speak to a supervisor again. Her name was supposedly Ms. Williams and she started to raise her voice at me and was just as rude. By the end of the conversation she said that they would not call again. Be very cautious of this group. They appear to be scamming.

This company just took 390.00 from my account and I have no clue who they are. How do they do this. My account is now negative, the back can't do anything until it is out of pending and the company will not answer their phone. I don't know what I am going to do. It is a brand new account. I am so screwed. That was all I had.

I checked my bank acocunt after work tonight to find out that I was overdrawn to a tune of $390 which LSO decided to take out of my account. I never borrowed money from of even heard of these people. I called my bank and now I have to let it clear then call them tomorrow and explain the situation again. I have direct deposit so as soon as my paycheck gets deposited I have to call and close my account. The bank is nice enough to refund the overdraft fees. They also are calling my mom's house and leaving messages with her, when we return the calls we get a recording stating to leave a message.

Hello, I keep receiving calls from these people everyday like 5 times a day demanding i owe them money. yes i took out a payday loan but the hell with them. im not paying nothing back. i took this loan out last year and my checking account been closed, so they cant do nothing but keep harrassing me. i will never get a payday loan again. if you do, read the fine print. i am about to change all my numbers and tell my job to tell them i no longer work here. so annoying!!!!

This company is Loan Shop. If you have every recieved a pay day advance, these are the people. They are affilated with 6 sister branches. WARNING if you every recieved a pay day advance and did not pay it back DO NOT DO IT AGAIN ONLINE or they will get your information and deduct the money. You can have the bank complete an Unauthorized ACH form as well as stop all future payments from the company and its sister branches. Dont call them and dont fight with them. Cancel the account and open another one. The bank will do it for you TD Bank is the best bank every to work with you in this kind of situation. Good Luck .... Keep in mind although you many have recieved a pay day advance and did not pay it back and may have closed your previous account, YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO TAKE OUT OF YOUR NEW ACCOUNT! So in the future be carefull when you complete these payday forms out because they are all one company with different names.

I got a bank statement with this company trying to withdraw 390.00 dollars from my account

I woke up and had a withdrawl from my account of $390 in which I did not have in my account but my bank cleared it anyways. I have NEVER heard of these people and no one called me from the bank nor the company that withdrew the funds.

It is Loan Shop Online.  That is who is calling you.

This company withdrew $390.00 from my account on Friday Dec. 18th, 2009,
without my authorization and caused me to have a negative balance and I will be going to my bank first thing Monday morning to stop this and I would appreciate to have funds deposited back and any late fees.

These people been trying to get money out of an account that's closed. I don't know what they are talking about. I owe them $320.00 since 2007. Lord, I'm disabled and I've been disabled since 1998. I don't know anything about I owe them any money. I wish they would stop.
