They call constantly.

This number is on a do-not-call list. Caller asked for my brother in law, said it was personal.
Told him not to call back that brother in law says he has not given our number as his contact..

Answered call from 8883031966, kept saying hello as no one would respond. Then rude lady came on stating she was State Collections. I told her I never heard of that. She stated I was being recorded and she was from State Collections. I told her she was being recorded, never heard of State Collections, you must be a scam since you blocked your caller ID. I told her if she called again I would report them to the Attorney Generals office, FTC and FCC along with filing harassment charges. She hung up on me.

Called and left a one second message. Don't think I'm going to call back and find out what that was all about.

Caller ID was "800 Service".

These people everyday do not leave any messages i will report them to fcc and ftc.

They keep calling wanting me to give a message to someone to call them back.

Con-artist try to scam your information. Don't talk to them.

Their number comes up weird. Like 1 (1-888-303-1966).

State Collection Service provides early out and bad debt services for high-profile healthcare providers across the nation.

They call me a lot but I don't have any trust of them. Seem like a con artist try to fishing for information. Somebody need to stop them for good.
