I keep getting letters stating I have a Nissan leaf automobile which I’ve never owned. I finally called them today on March 2, 2022 and was actually hung up on by Harrison after I complain to him and gave him the approval number at the top right side of the corner he’s. He stated that he was an ever care long-term coverage for vehicle‘s… I told him I don’t on this vehicle and to please stop this and he just kept asking me and interrupting me and he was very rude to give him approval number I asked him where it was there are numbers several places on this page as soon as I gave it to him he goes have a nice day ma’am and just hung up very rudely. So then I called back  that one’s name was Harrison…… When I called back I spoke to someone who said his name was Sean and I told him do not ever send me another letter because you’re a scam I looked you up and googled it and all of these complaints have been made against you I’m calling the Better Business Bureau and you should be in jail. You should never ever send me another letter again. And he started acting all innocent like I don’t know what I did but if you just tell me some information and finally I just hung up on him as well . It’s a scam and I don’t know why nobody has done anything about this. I have been getting these letters now for over three years and never owned the vehicle in question. The only thing they got right about the vehicle was the year of the car that I owned. So  I don’t know why they have not done anything about this but the authorities do need to do something ASAP.

Received a Factory Warranty Alert postcard from Vehicle Service Department insinuating that my Toyota factory warranty vehicle coverage is due to expire. The scam is apparently coming from Evercare, 1708 5th Street, St Charles, Missouri 63303

I got one of those pink post cards warning me my vehicle service contract is about to expire!  It’s a scam - the year of the vehicle listed is wrong.
They must get a lot of people falling for this scam, otherwise, why mail out probably hundreds of thousands of these fake post cards!  I suspect many people are probably loosing good money in the process falling fir these grifters and scam artist!
It’s no better than meeting a pick pocket!

    Why isn’t this illegal??

I got a card in mail without an address stating their records indicate that I have not contacted them to have my vehicle service contract for my 2018 TOYOTA RAV4 activated. I must call 1-888-307-2075 and when I did, a woman wanted the ID number on the card, I stated that I want your business address for your business card did not have an address and before I could say that I don't own a car, she abruptly hung-up her phoneline. I suspect that this is a scam to employ monies from innocent folks and their ought to be a law banning Vehicle Service Department Scammers.
